The nail tech did not take my old dip powder off. Just put Bree did over to the top of it. I asked her what she was doing and she said “I’m making them look cute” Every nail was a different shape and length. When I told her she said it was fine. Then she wouldn’t use the color I chose. Probably not returning.

I found this review I wrote in a note on my phone in May 2022, but never posted. I feel like it's worth sharing my experience: I'm writing this while I'm sitting in the chair getting a pedicure. If you’re looking for a low-key, relaxing experience, this is definitely NOT it. From the moment I walked in the door, the woman whom I assume is the owner/manager has practically been hollering in her native language to the nail techs. (To be clear, the constant high-volume chatter is the problem, not the language.) I’m sure she’s simply communicating, but it’s very distracting and stressful. Her style is just a bit abrasive. I’ve had issues with her during previous experiences, so maybe my perspective is colored by a sour taste in my mouth from those times. But good heavens, if I wanted to feel totally overwhelmed by incomprehensible chaos around me, I’d move back overseas (lived in Asia for 2 years). Positive: my nail tech was sweet and did a wonderful job.

Very beautiful nail salon but I feel communication is a very low point for this salon. I asked for square shaped on my pedicure and got some wonky awful looking pedicure. I will 100% not be back and will not refer anyone here . My French is extremely uneven. Awful

I asked for a few alterations on a look from a picture on Pinterest, and my lady was incredibly open to trying something new and did a great job of landing on my idea. As someone who doesn't go to the nail salon often, she made me feel comfortable; and the way I was welcomed into the store made me feel like a long time customer that is friends with the staff (even though this was only my 2nd or 3rd visit).

I got the shellac manicure this past Sunday and on one nails it's already coming off. They rush you the minute you get in so there is no time to enjoy the pedicure and manicure. They said they could do the design of 2 plam trees but they didn't have the color green so I asked for blue and I got more of a purple color. Overall not a great experience. Update: 5 days later, the shellac was peeling off from all nails.

The very best place in Omaha! I've been going here monthly for three years now! Ive tried a few other places in Omaha and I am never as happy. They are all very nice and want to make sure you get what you ask for! Also very well priced! They offer a small student discount if you show your UNO ID! 10/10

All they care about is quantity not quality they rushed thru and it took like 35 min. My tech stopped in middle of doin my nails called someone and although i didn't know what she Was saying I knew that she was mad and fighting with someone after she got off the phone she aggressively filed by nails almost to the point where they have no curve and they're like too much filed I was told on the phone previously from getting there that it would be $35 then when I got done was told it was 55 my mom came in and got a regular nail Polish manicure manicure and they didn't dry it in between Coats so it's smudged even before we left they've said they'd fix it tried to but didn't really try if you know what I mean I would not recommend going here they do not make it an experience like they say online I was rushed in rushed out no hand massage Basically nailed tips acrylic file paint please leave my chair

2nd time getting a pedicure with Andy and I love it! I always have a hard time finding someone who can do a good job shaping/cutting my nails and he just gets them at the perfect length. Also I couldn't find a creme white color I liked. He mixed a white and a transparent creme to get what I wanted :).Made my day!

I accidentally walked up 20 min before close so we turned around to go elsewhere, but an employee came out to welcome us in and made time for two walk ins. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful with their recommendation on oval shape to compliment the white pearlescent color I requested. The sheen is more rainbow, but I am still in love with them. The service was great even well after closing, she took her time and even asked me to model the nails for social media. EDIT: these lasted 4 days before chipping significantly. I got them before going on vacation, so I was unable to utilize their 6 day guarantee, but I will attempt as soon as I return.

I went in and got done by Sophia who was so amazing. She gave me exactly what i asked for and it turned out so good. it was a harder design and it was executed perfectly. she took her time on the shape and file which i appreciate and was very gentle. overall it was a great experience and i will definitely be going back again.
