Aksarben Nails

I was in there area and I had to get my nails re-done. I walked in today 10/21/18 and the lady sat me down right away. I told her that I wanted an overlay and shellac. She recommended to take off the overlay and redo it, I agreed without even asking how much it would be. Once she was done she said "It will be $51". I had to double check I heard her correctly and she said $51. I was flabbergasted..way to expensive. I didn't even get a full set with the fake nails. All I got was an overlay on my natural nails. Very over priced that is for sure. I am sticking with my nail lady in Lincoln, which I should have just waited to go tomorrow. Also as you can see the pictures, the nail technician didn't paint my nails all the way.

1st time visit. It seem like it was full to capacity on a Saturday afternoon. However, I was seated within 3 minutes. My nail tech Jen was very nice and did a wonderful job. It was not a rush job either. The doors kept revolving, in and out. I give it 5 stars.

I went to go get a pedicure and say had told her that there was nail polish missing on the side of my nails that she did not apply on then she proceeded to say that’s how she does it and I asked her if she could please fill it in which she said no not only that but I did not receive a foot massage that comes with the service and when I told her that she didn’t clip one of my nails right she decided to just leave it like that because she said it looked fine and then not only that but she did not put a topcoat on top she just put oil for the cuticles I have been coming here for more than five years and this was the first horrible experience I’ve ever had with that being said I will not be returning back that’s unacceptable !

Was in today to get a dip powder for myself and acrylic for my daughter. My dip manicure is terrible. It was hard to tell when we were there but as soon as I got out in the sun it was very apparent. There is specs of black powder where the pink powder should be and random sparkles stuck in. The lines are very crooked and honestly looks like my nails have been growing out for 3 weeks. I also asked for coffin shape and these are not coffin shape. However my daughter got exactly what she was asking for and they turned out really cute so maybe it depends on the person I need these off ASAP and feel like I'm totally out the 70 bucks that they charged me for mine.

I really liked my gel pedicure and the technician gave a great massage, which made the whole experience. However, one week later and I have ingrown toenails on 8 of my toes. When doing the dip powder I requested they not use the nail drill on my nail beds and the woman started doing it anyway. This led to a mini argument and me eventually giving in and saying, “whatever, it’s fine, ruin my nail beds.” When it was over I noticed she did not go all the way to my cuticles, and it looked like my nails had grown out. The photo is one week later and filed down. It looks like they’ve been growing out for weeks!

The lady did a fabulous job and made the experience great with good care and good conversation. I believe the card said Lisa, she listened to exactly what I wanted done with my nails and didn't pressure me for anything else to be done. I give a 10/10 recommendation and I definitely plan to go back and enjoy another nail day with my friend. Aksarben Nails is a big place and can accommodate lots of people. For a fun 💅experience go to Aksarben just $45 for a full set no extensions. I forgot to add how clean the place was.

I have come here for over a year now. I love that there is a warranty when getting shellac done and I have only ever had to use it twice. There are a lot of great nail techs, but I go to Lee every time. My nails have become longer and stronger since I started coming here. Highly recommend.

I usually go to lisa but i tried someone different. it was 75 dollars but there is a finger that hurts so bad because the acrylic powder is stuck under one of my nails. they look okay but not worth 75. only because it was rushed and she kept tucking the acrylic under my right ring finger and filing the side of my nails too thin but i love the atmosphere and the people there❤️

I was definitely amazed by the amazing work Annie did on my nails. I appreciate her patience, communication, & dedication towards my visit. I would definitely recommend stopping in ❤️. I will be there to follow up on my next nail visit!

I think this is a great mail studio and very friendly people working here. They are large enough to accommodate bigger groups of people and were fairly priced.
