I have been here only 3 times and they are always here extremely busy , the nail techs are nice but seem a lil bit hurried and I feel they are over priced.for quality of service . They are open later 8 pm which is nice if u need a quick fix or if u broke a nail

Question: Why this was not communicated???? I just looked up the prices, they screwed us big time! I did not pay as it was a birthday gift, as we were on my home, I see the receipt - 98 DOLLARS, are you kidding me?!?! My pedi was 35 and the shellac was 32...32 +35 equals NOT 98 DOLLARS!!! He even tipped and he doesn't know any better SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS!! I don't like being taken advantage of, this was my first and last visit, UNETHICAL

Busy, professional, affordable! My daughter and I are fans! Edit: 11/7/2020 I absolutely love this place, but this is the last time you get my business. I went in for a soak off and and full set. Annie or Ammie uses nail clippers to cut off my acrylics with shellac and then proceeds to use an acrylic nail to remove the rest. I was in tears. $70 for my nail beds to be ruined. My nails are in the accompanying pictures. I love the end result, but my fingers are throbbing. The liquid that seals the power burned like crazy. Never again.

Seems like they were just in a complete rush to get to the next person and weren't taking the time o. Me that I'm paying for. Barely scrubbed on my feet nor clipped my nails. I will not be returning for any further service

I have come here for a few years but recently it's gone a little downhill. There should never be an argument between the nail technician and the client about the same or style of the nail. So many times, I've had run-ins with rude technicians who are disrespectful when I ask for a nail to be fixed. Like when my nail is crooked and not straight, they tell me it's my fault for having a crooked finger and they can't fix that.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. My friend and I both purchased a shellac pedicure. They rushed through the entire appointment (we were there less than 30 minutes) and neither of us received what we paid for. There was no leg or hot stone massage which was part of the package. They hit the edge of my friends toe nail with the UV light machine and then didn’t fix it. She also left with nail polish all over the skin on her toes. If you want to spend $60+ for a terrible pedicure, this is your place. If not, I recommend Contour Nails across the street.

My nails came out looking really pretty but literally came off the next day. I didn't do any hard work, but wash hands and the French tip all peeled the next day. Usually lasts a few weeks but paid 65 bucks and then they fell off the next day. Called and the person who answered said there was nothing they could do about it.

The manicurist was super fast and not paying attention. Her rushing made me feel anxious. I felt like her boss was cracking a whip at her. They were very busy but still. I feel like when I get my nails done it's a special pampering for myself and I'd rather not feel anxious in the process. I will not be returning.

What we showed the nail lady…versus what my daughter got. I told her it didn’t look like the picture. And she completely ignored me. Won’t be coming back here again.
