THIS GUY IS A SCAM! Charged $390 for 10 mins, then left & had same situation. Said he would be back in the morning & never showed! New plumber charged less than that for weekend hours & was there 2 hours! Got on the BBB website & sounds like this is what fernando does! YES REFUND THE MONEY! You said u would come back the next day & never did! If it is the only person u did it to u know who to refund & if u did it to several u should refund them all!

Fernando was so professional and helpful. He recommended the water softener we needed, picked it up and installed it in one afternoon. We give him the highest recommendation we can.

I had my water heater go out and was leaking gas, I called 402 plumbing and they were out within 15 minutes and it was after hours! They came back the next day to install a new water heater at a GREAT price. If I could do 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend them!

Our pipes froze and then burst over Christmas weekend. With New Year’s Eve fast approaching we didn’t think we would have water for another week. Fernando was able to get to our home and repair several pipes quickly. We still have water damage to fix but Fernando at 402 Plumbing Service got the most important pice fixed.

Fernando was outstanding. During a very busy time he was responsive, prepared and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a leak in an awkward spot effortlessly. Price was right and fair. We will definitely use him again once his busy season slows down (if that’s a thing) for other projects around the house.

Oh my goodness! I cannot explain how much I appreciate and very happy with the service I received from Fernando! He was quick and on time! I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Fernando came in and went to work! He put my new faucet on, and also new valves because the old ones were awful! In all I 100% recommend calling Fernando for all of your plumbing services!
