402Plumbing Services - Water Heater installations & Drain Repairs

They did a leak repair about 60 days ago and we called them because it started leaking a week ago. When we spoke on Saturday we were told that they would come by later in the day, but no one came by or called. We called on Monday and they said they would come out at 230 and confirmed via text to confirm address. We waited for 3 hours and started calling and texting to see if they were coming and they did not respond at all. We had paid them over 220 bucks and so we had to pay a different plumber today 200 dollars and he said that the last plumber did not push it in far enough and put casing around it . So we had to pay again for their error and they totally ghosted us. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor communication, and unreliable.

Tub faucet wouldn’t turn off at 8:45 PM. We had to shut off our water. Called Roto Rooter and the wait was 3 days long. Well, we can’t go without water for 3 days. Tried at least 2 other large well established companies that had 24 hour services. No one could come that night. Kept searching google and decided to try 402 Plumbing Services even if they closed at 9:30 PM. Fernando answered right away and came to our place in under an hour. He was nice and very professional. Fixed our faucet so we could have running water then came back the next day to finish the job (he needed some parts) Very reasonably priced. Really appreciate him coming out knowing that the job would take him past the usual business hours. Highly recommend this business!

Fernando had done an amazing job for me for my outside faucet was leaking into my basement. He did an amazing job and was at my home in a timely manner to fix my problem. I would recommend Fernando to my friends and family.

My husband called this business on a Sunday morning to fix a leak. He said he would be able to come over in a few hours. We were okay with that - no big deal. But by 5:00 pm he was still a no-show. My husband tried to call and left two voice mails - nothing, no response. I wouldn’t be writing this negative review if he would have called us back and told us that he wouldn’t be able to come over, that his schedule was too busy. I would have been more understanding.

Fernando was a great plumber that had very many new skills and better qualities than a majority of the other plumbers we’ve had in the past come to our house. He was clean and tidy throughout his entire service call and did a great job at communicating with us! He will be our number one plumber from now on!

Fernando did an awesome job installing hard pipe for a sump to exterior and adding a new hose bib. He also repaired two toilet issues I was having, replaced multiple issue faucets and recalled my master bath. Excellent work and would recommend.

I have used Fernando twice and he is an excellent plumber. I had him cut up a concrete floor and place the drain in the floor so we wouldn't trip over it. I really appreciated him doing this on a weekend so I could be home. I also had him swap out a turn off valve for my sprinkler system. Both projects turned out great.

We discovered our pressure relief valve sprung a leak at 8:15 at night, by 9:30 Fernando had the repair completed, including a trip purchase a replacement part. I can't stress enough how happy we are to have found such service and will recommend 402 to everyone who needs plumbing services. Thank you!
