Quality Inn

The location was fantastic! It is right off I-80 with gas station across the road. Plenty room to park our pickup truck & trailer. We stayed while traveling with daughter & her fur baby, 1st room smelled smokey and front desk was very accommodating and within minutes we were in a better room. Very friendly and a good hot breakfast.

Well, the first night we got a $50 rate, which the room was definitely not worth more then that. We extended our stay a night and she charged us an extra $30 for literally no reason except I didn’t book it online that time. Then the power went out for 45 minutes. We sat in complete darkness at like 7:30pm. Once the power did come back on the cable was working for a couple minutes then cut out. We didn’t have a tv and sat in silence for the rest of the night. That didn’t kick back on til almost 4am. I asked for compensation and they just said it wasn’t their fault so they weren’t going to do anything about it.. that’s really not the point, you’re guest we’re uncomfortable and that’s what the responsibility of a hotel is. On top of that the tub was dirty, I even found a ant in it. The shower head pressure was so hard it felt like it was ripping my skin off and got water all over the floor I’m the bathroom. The hallways were dirty. The breakfast sausages were white and eggs were so dry they were crusty. The pictures show a hot tub in the pool area and there is not one anymore. I’d suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

This QI is not a good hotel, let's start with the check-in, we stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes why the two people working didn't even acknowledge us and continued taking phone calls. Finally, we get some assistance and it takes FOREVER for them to get the room keys and they talk amongst themselves about 1 penny missing, acting like my card won't go through for a penny for 4 rooms that were already paid for. I lost my patience and have never had an experience like this. The room, if you get 2nd floor be prepared for carrying all your stuff up the stairs as they don't have an elevator...ummm what sense does that make? And the hallways smell like the pool. The air conditioner goes on and off all day and all night and is very noisy so you can't sleep. If you want clean towels the maid service just opens your door but do not speak English so good luck. You have to mime to get what you want. Same with the front desk, Nancy speaks fine but the other guy does not. The rooms are just okay, they are clean for the most part.

Very unfortunate that a hotel can't make an exception on their cancellation policy due to COVID. My husband woke up with a fever and body aches this morning. We were suppose to check in later today en route to a family vacation and obviously had to cancel everything, hotel included in order to quarantine. I certainly appreciate the representative with Priceline trying to work on our behalf to get a refund however management at the Quality Inn wouldn't even consider accommodating that. In a time right now with inflation and rise in prices, people don't just have the ability to throw money away, especially under circumstances beyond our control. Enjoy your free $110.88 of our hard working money and for making the situation for us even more deflating. Not only are we cancelling our family vacation but we are losing out on money as well. We were really looking for a cherry on top of the situation and Quality Inn supplied it.

The room was a suite, appeared clean. Had a bad order of mildew and was very humid in the room. I received 3 bug bites while sleeping. One bite on my elbow caused a lot of swelling and redness. Won’t to doctor 24 hours later and now being treated for a spider bite.

Fairly nice hotel at a decent price; definitely a little dated but not bad at all. Wish it had an elevator but I could use the extra exercise. Only issue I had with my room is that the shower struggled to drain properly and was a little worn; other than that, it was a nice stay.

Good: it was clean, relatively quiet, easy to find my way around, check in/out went smoothly and the breakfast was more than adequate. Facilities and stay what I would expect for the price point. …

Room was okay, location was convenient.... Checkout was at 11, but the cleaning staff came to wake us up at 830, asking if our trash needed emptying... No, it can be emptied once i leave... Toiletries were about normal for a 1 star hotel or whatever it was, no scent, only 1 square inch of soap, and 1 towel for 2 adults.? Oh well, they had 4 instant coffees, that I took, to make up for it.. overall, for the price, I would stay again if needed but wasnt anything special
