Quality Inn

I was impressed thus the 5-rating. Normally I stay at 3-star hotels and this 2-star hotel seemed to meet or exceed that standard in many ways. For example: The staff members were very attentive. The room and breakfast area were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and complete. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

It is an older hotel, and it shows. There appears to have been much updating in the rooms but they are small. Some common areas obviously could use a little updating, but personally I enjoy the vibe of a little bit older, less sanitized place that are all cookie cutter the same. The lady that checked me in was quite friendly, the price was decent and at least when I was there in the middle of February I almost had the place to myself. I'm sure it gets quite busy during the summer tourist season. If I have occasion to stay in North Platte again I would not hesitate to stay here personally. For those who might care it does not have an elevator for the second floor, but personally my fat butt can stand to walk up the stairs :-)

Good hotel. But if you're requesting a second floor room, be aware there is no elevator. But other than that, my stay was excellent. Nice park and Military memorial next door

Exceptional service, The reception girl, Mansi really took good care of us and helped us with tea and coffee at night. We had to checkout early and very good breakfast was already laid. Had lot of variety - waffles, breads, omelette, gravy, cornflakes. Really recommend this place. Very friendly. Room was very clean and had all modern amenities.

All new owners here, 10 days prior to me checking in, the owners daughter (Nancy),is absolutely a business drivin individual!!! She is totally professional in every aspect!! The room that I stayed in, room number 134 was a little tiny, no big deal but very very clean and had everything I needed!! For all the other places you will pay about $120 to $180, you can stay here for $82 a night and it's totally worth it!! Plenty of parking, plenty of restaurants and gas stations around, free breakfast, pool is open, they have laundry, and everyone who works here cannot do enough for you!!

Hotel was less than average. The dining area was okay and the staff was friendly however I honestly felt gross being in our room. The carpet felt sticky and dirty, it smelled terrible in there like mildew or something similar and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

For the amount of time that we needed to sleep it was decent. Front desk is not friendly at all. Very Barky, didn’t want to be bothered.

It is for sure an older hotel and that shows. However the rooms where clean the staff was very friendly. They had ice machines that worked. The breakfast was good. The pool area was clean.

I liked the modern updated plumbing fixtures in the room.The room was decent.
