BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!! If I could give a rating of NO STARS I would. The hotel it's self appears to be clean and tidy. I understand that bed bugs can happen in a 5 star to a 1 star, but it's how the situation is handled. In this case it was handled poorly. I woke up 0400 to an adult bed bug crawling past my face. I then proceeded to turn on the light on my phone to several small and large bed bugs crawling on my mattress. I then did some further investigation after looking up BED bugs and found several bug casings/carcasses. I took pictures and even managed to trap one with a cup. We informed the employee working and he offered another room. We declined that and decided to check out at that point. He told us that I had to call the manager in order to get a refund. I called Raj (the GM) and he was extremely rude. Wouldn't let me speak and denied that my photos came from his hotel room. Instead of refunding us our night stay he offered me $1000 to come back and prove to him that there are BED bugs. Unfortunately, I was already 4 hours away from the hotel or otherwise I would have done so. I do not appreciate the disrespect nor the disregard to choice hotels policy. An official complaint has been filed with choice hotels. If management would have acted accordingly this would not have been a big issue, but unfortunately the manager did not handle the situation professionally. At least the night worker was kind enough to get us several large garbage bags to put our belongings in, so we could get them home to be washed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL or at least room 223!!!

Hotel was very good. At least 2 staff members were not at least, helpful. and were very condescending in their attitudes towards guests.

Super friendly staff. The pool was warmer than most pools I've been in so that was a bonus also. Plenty to eat and gas stations close by.

My family and I have stayed multiple times. 1 time we accidentally left our kids pajamas and slippers. I called the next day. They said the cleaning lady would need to look. I called again. They said someone was in the room. Waited a couple days and called again...they said they would call me back. No responds back. Next trip we didnt stay there but dropped in to see if they had them. They said no...and tried to say we havent stayed there in months. I know the family and I have been going every month and my boyfriend has been going more often to help his mom with her house. I even video chatted with him there. Its not about the pjs, its about the lying. Dont try and make me look like a fool when I can look up all credit card transactions and pin point every time. I was told by family that the people who run it is shady.

Check in @11pm Check out @ 6AM Woke at 1am to the following. Super disappointed with how they handled me advising them I was bit (x6) by a bedbug. I only found 1 as I inspected the bed and pillows afterwards. I know bedbugs can hide in carpet and other areas as well...the best form to get rid of then is heat treatment. I was told they just changed all the bedding (and possibly the mattresses) of room 227 2 days ago and it is impossible for there to be bedbugs. I flushed it when I found it and since I did not take them proof the young man at reception didn't believe me even though I showed him the welts. None of the other people from rooms 228, 229 or 230 were bit. Paid for 4 rooms and still accused of lying even though they obviously had a problem recently. I should have stayed at @Hospitality Inn but they did not answer their phone and their site wasn't working.

If I could leave no stars I would. First off the first desk lady was extremely rude. When I arrived to pay there was an error with the card reader and my card declined. So then I was told to try again and it worked. I then noticed I’d been charged twice and when I asked about it was told because of the error( which she basically said was my fault) the computer automatically charged it. So she kept taking my card to try and would just slam it on the desk. I stayed two nights with my wife and niece. The first morning we had the free breakfast and when I tell me my wife and I were in the bathroom all day shortly after eating it, it was horrible. It made us so sick to our stomachs, we couldn’t enjoy doing tourist stuff due to spending so much time in the bathroom. At check out I was informed it could take 2-3 business days for the extra charge to fall off. We get home a day or so later and see that one of the charges has been processed but one still shows pending so we call our bank and we’re told if they fax over a letter explaining what happened on official letter head they’d release it. So we called the hotel and very rudely my wife was informed that the hotel is under no obligation to do anything further for us and then my wife was told it could take up to 14 business days for the charge to be released. Ok fine but how about human decency when it was on error on YALLS machine. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The workers are rude, the food will make you sick, the lady that does breakfast constant looks like she has an attitude and it’s just an overall bad experience. Stay here at your own risk.

We stayed here in October 2022. The staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby was welcoming. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The downside of this hotel was the breakfast and coffee were not good. Also please note there is no elevator. All that being said we would stay again.

Vacationing couple traveling through NE. The location off the highway (especially if heading East) is great. The indoor (heated) pool was so welcoming! Ordered pizza for delivery from Good Life on the Bricks, and it was awesome- delivered directly to the room. Breakfast selection was pretty good for a free, included, breakfast.. Clean & comfortable bed & room.

Front desk help was personable and very nice. The room smelled a little musty but very clean and the bed was comfortable. My room was right next to one of the end doors and people were going in and out all night long, this was not any fault of the hotels or the employee's just rude people staying at the hotel. I was traveling solo (with my dog)and did not have any issues with safety.
