When I travel for business I like to stay the Hampton Inn for the service. Always have good experiences. Although, I'm a bit disappointed with this location because the decors and furnitures are a bit outdated. My bed wasnt made.

Been spending the night at this chain with every stop I make, but for some reason, this one barely has any breakfast options compared to the rest. I was really looking forward to those potatoes, too :/ EDIT: I had to throw away just about everything I grabbed for breakfast because it was just inedible. Overcooked, crumbling bacon. Burnt omelettes. Orange juice was actually Sunny D. The bagels were so messed up that I honestly dont believe that was an actual bagel. Everything, texture, taste, it was disgusting. Plus, they keep their cream cheese nice and hot next to the toaster. Now I'm gonna have to spend MORE money ELSEWHERE just so I dont vomit stomach acid on the trip home

This is the first time I will do this, but I want people to know what a bad experience we are having. Really it comes down to this place is trashed, barhrooms are disgusting, everything is old and unkept, the room is blowing cold air on us in the winter, and it is most expensive room in North platte. If the room was half the price, I would not leave this review, but it is not. $160 a night to be this uncomfortable is a tragedy. We tried to check out immediately after checking in, but we're told we would have to pay anyway. I want to leave even though we won't get a refund.....its that bad. I'm very disappointed.

Great convenient location. Mostly clean. Smooth check in. They allow pets with a small fee. However, there was feces in the closet. The shower drained but pressure wasnt steller. My arachniphobic friend had to kill a spider to shower. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Road noise wasn't to bad but we could hear the people upstairs all night. No dairy free options at breakfast. Not the best stay I've had but not the worst. Definitely not worth the price but in a pinch stayable.

This is an old hotel. It is very clean but lacks modern Hilton standards. I use the electronic cell phone key exclusively. I don’t want to deal with any more people than I need to ….. front desk was courteous but we waited a long time to get key fobs. As a Hilton Diamond member I am able to receive free upgrades when available. Not here. Not even Diamond parking. I called 4 hours prior to arrival to make sure the room was ready. It’s 96 degrees today and our room was 84 degrees. We turned on the AC and the room became hotter. Sometime around 4am the room will chill down to 72. Like I said, the building and rooms are spotless which is outstanding however the cleaning staff out did themselves in the tub/shower. The drain was closed. It’s tucked in behind the toilet so getting to it requires a contortionist and even after turning off the shower faucet you get good and drenched with cold water. Felt good in the 86 degree bathroom. The tub is so narrow you cannot stand facing the shower head without twisting an ankle on the curvature of the tub. The grab handle is exactly where you have to stand for the slow running water. That ensures the wet shower curtain wraps around your body …. Always a nice touch. The biggest problem here is the tub floor. They use so much soap without rinsing the shower that floor is impossible to stand in without slipping. I slipped twice and wrenched my back a good one. No rubber bath mat available. So I will have to shower with a towel in the tub. Not ideal but better than a broken arm or leg. The prices here are top dollar something I would expect in a downtown large city, not North Platte ….. set aside the outstanding cleanliness. It would take literally 3 simple changes to turn this from a 2 star review to 4 star review. 1. Train the cleaning staff to rinse the shower down inside of leaving slippery soap residue for the guests to kill themselves. 2. Open the flipping drain (further evidence the soap is not washed off). 3. Spend $50 and have some rubber floor mats so older guests don’t kill themselves. 4. Turn the AC on when the cleaning crew leaves. It would literally run for no more than 3-4 hours and guests would be cool when it’s 100 degrees outside. These are so simple it’s silly but greatly appreciated. I could overlook the out of date items if these four simple tasks were implemented.

Room was plenty big with a queen bed and a small couch. There was also a good size TV. The room was clean and well stocked. All the public areas were also very clean. The best part of the stay was the staff, form the ladies who ran the ample breakfast to the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

We splurged on the King Suite. It had a bedroom and living room. There were two TVs although the living room TV was small. Would be nice if you could connect streaming devices easier. Good lighting and outlets. Comfortable bed. Pool adequate for laps. Hot tub nice although timer/jets not really working. No guest laundry. Incredibly helpful staff. Several chain restaurants within walking distance.

Location, staff, beds were great. Breakfast was good, except the choice of Turkey sausage for a protein. Can we just get pork sausage? Otherwise, buffet was a hit. More significant, we chose the King "executive suite" room for the larger room and the separate bedroom. Well, except for the strange choice of clear windows for the doors between rooms. Why?! No privacy in the bedroom.

Great overnight stay near an interstate hotel. Special plus - they offered dark & light roast coffee. I'm used to only seeing light roast coffee at most hotel complimentary breakfasts. Clean room ... dated and mattress could be replaced but slept comfortably. Good electrical receptacles. Good water pressure for shower. Will definitely stay again.

We got in super late, and check in was very smooth. Unfortunately, it is an older hotel and they do not have the digital key, but I was still able to choose my room on the app. The front desk attendant was wonderful. The room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendant was doing a great job. There was plenty of parking. I really appreciated that you had to talk to someone to get in the door if you didnt have a key after a certain hour.
