Rented a pickup and then they only had 1. It was higher than normal and had no step. 2 different occasions asked for their insurance, form to fill out and a contact0

We're great to work with at first. Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 because a year later they still haven't refunded either deposit. When they couldn't pick up car threatened me that they would report it stolen when I live within a half mile of their office. Have escalated to company head office.

Very helpful. Andy the manager is a great guy and was very kind.

Such amazing customer service. Manager Mike went above and beyond when there was miscommunication between me and online customer service. Really appreciate him takin the time to make things right. Will definitely continue to bring my business to him

My truck broke down in Nebraska, these guys got me into a car to get my family home in a quick fashion. Greatly appreciated, only down part is I had to return the car back to their location 6 hour return trip. .90 a mile charge if I left it at a local location.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was charged over $1k for a 4 day rental car. I have called 5 times to get a receipt to explain the charges and still haven't gotten one. Every time I call the branch manager gives some lame excuse -- he's busy, will do it later, the computer isn't working, etc. They had no problem charging my credit card but when I ask for a simple receipt no one can help. It's ridiculous!

We were in an accident while passing through Nebraska and needed a car ASAP. The staff at this location were beyond helpful! They quickly got us into a vehicle to get us back on our way and were so kind every step of the way. They really helped soften the blow of a big set back on our trip and I can’t thank them enough.

We were treated fairly and respectfully, (it was an extended rental over the course of several months). Greatly appreciated Michael and Lisa's responsiveness and their attention to detail. The vehicle was great but the customer service was even better. Thank you!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I reserved a car online at this location and after walking for an hour to get there I find their doors locked at 2:30pm (middle of working hours) When I called them they simply stated they don't have any cars to give me. After reserving and paying for a car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. There's HERTZ car rental place at the North Platte airport a couple miles away. They were able to get me a car right away and without reservation. They even kindly picked me up and gave me a cheaper better car. Much much more reliable place then this one. I will call corporate office to file a formal complaint for their extremely unprofessional conduct.

Great place but they don't have alot of vehicles on site. She tried to give us the best deal & worked hard to find a vehicle with a 2 hour notice. I heard it's hard to reserve online but give them call. Keep trying because its so busy. We had an Expedition & it was perfect for our trip! Do NOT rent from the Hertz airport location. They are the reason we needed a vehicle on short notice! Very difficult to work with & you can't drive outside the surrounding states.
