My local office is very good. The customer service for corporate is horrible. I was not getting points posted on my account and emailed several times with my phone number. All I got was emails and the same responses not answering my question. Never seen a business so opposed to an actual phone call to take care of their customer.

Car got great mileage, and handled very well in the mountains, with plenty of power. The passenger seat was not powered so the passenger was a but uncomfortable but overall it was a very good experiance

Lady I talked to was so rude and told me that the car I rented was popular and I wouldn’t be getting it anyways due to three other people wanting it the next day even though I had rented weeks a head of time. Then she said she’d call me back after working with a customer and never returned my call.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Attempted to help a family, stranded in a state they do not live in, to get a car rented, to see their Father before he passed away. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, MANY HOOPS, NONE THAT WERE REALISTIC TO ACCOMPLISH. WHERE IS COMPASSION AND ABILITY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS THERE NEEDS TO BE SOMEONE THAT CAN THINK AND BE CREATIVE. WILL SHARE THIS VERY POOR EXPIERENCE WITH EVERYONE I KNOW.

They never have any cars . This is fact. I've tried to take people to both places, north Platte and Kearney.

Best customer service ever! Phenomenal staff! So nice to return a car after a 17 hr drive and be treated kindly and with a smile. Highly recommended.

Service here is terrible, the woman helping me, Haley yelled and cursed at me. Enterprise you need to correct this now. I was supposed to have a van, made the reservation 2 months in advance and they did not have it ready. I would never recommend using them again.
