Blue Spruce Motel

Came in really late from a very long drive from California. Was about 12:00 A.M., called, and I was greeted by a friendly face by the name of Cheryl who gladly booked me a room so I can have a full nights rest to start my drive back to Michigan. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wi-Fi is nice, and room temp was perfect. If I am ever passing through again, this will be my number one stop for a nights rest. Definitely feels like family here and you can tell she really cares for her guests and their comforts. I can't recommend it enough. Provided amenities are well worth the included value in your stay, microwave, fridge, T.V., ect. You will not be disappointed with the price. Above all else, I will definitely stay in the Blue Spruce Motel again.

The first time I stayed here was great for the price. Clean, comfy, nice shower, and had everything I needed! The second time I booked a room here I got a text from Cheryl (I believe she owns this business) before we arrived. She said she was having issues in the bathroom for the room she had booked for us so she could not let us stay there. Instead of just leaving it at that she continued to say that she had booked us a room at another hotel in North Platte and paid the difference! I have never recieved such great customer service. Cheryl obviously cares about her customers and I would highly recommend The Blue Spruce to anyone needing a place to stay in North Platte!

Cheryl the owner is amazing. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels of varying stars and this is by far the best - because of her. She is kind, and genuine. Very helpful, and takes care and pride in her work and the motel. 10/10. If I’m ever back in Nebraska, this is where I will be staying! The rooms are clean, and ours smelled good - a faint smell of pancakes that makes you feel at home immediately. The bed is comfortable, and guarantees you a great nights rest. Cheryl accommodated our late check in (at 12:30am) without issue or complaint. Need I say more? Stay here!

Very thoughtful place: the AC is quiet and nicely vented from various locations in the room so that entire space is filled with evenly cooled air. There's plenty of flowers around the parking area. It feels like a private garden. Cheryl is very friendly and helpful.

Blue Spruce motel is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve been living here for awhile now and they are always on top of everything. Every room is extremely clean and comfortable! The rooms are all color coordinated and super clean. I really enjoy the family that owns it as well, they are all WONDERFUL people. Would recommend to anyone for sure! Cheryl accommodates to anything and everything customers may need!

It was very dated but good for the price. And the bed and sheets were amazing. The only real problems I had were the showerhead was super short and the office was still closed when I wanted to turn my key in at 7:45 in the morning. I put it in the mailbox, so hopefully they found it.

Clean and comfortable with a great price! The owner was a complete sweetheart! Our room seemed newly renovated with fresh paint. Everything was clean! No real complaints. A hot shower, cushy place to sleep for medium fare. No smoking means no smoking and I'm thrilled to have a smoke free room!

Despite my one night stay late check in, Cheryl was very accommodating towards making sure I had a satisfying stay. The room quality goes above and beyond its price. It's gently scented, nice decor and for a hotel room, extra clean! I'll definitely try checking in again when I'm passing through Nebraska. Thank you for the hospitality.

Support local businesses. Please don't expect top notch at low prices. This place is awesome for the price. Very comfortable bed and great staff. I will use again.

Charged 800 for a room. Found out we didn't need the room and asked for a refund. We never received the refund.
