Best Western Plus Ogallala Inn

Beautiful and fresh breakfast. Very helpful staff. The room was very nice and very clean. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The pool is fantastic. I would stay here again. Great rates as well.

They charged me twice for the same room and won't refund the extra charge. The staff says they will take care of it but never call back or reply to emails.

A new place but not run very well. The check in was very long compared to other Best Western motels. The staff was rude and were unaware how to deal with customers. I have never had motel staff anywhere at any time treat me so poorly. The room was okay but for a new place, there were obvious shortcomings. There was a shortage of towels. The towel racks and hook attached to the walls were already coming out. They were not properly installed. After staying there, l read some other reviews and this place has a habit of accusing people of damage and arbitrarily assessing their debit or credit card. We will not stay here again and we question why Best Western allows this to occur.

My family and I stayed here for three days and two nights. The assistant manager, Aaron, was probably the nicest hotel employee we have met. Very helpful, quick, and efficient. Nikita was also very helpful and friendly, as well as the brunette who works the front desk. The room was awesome and our kids enjoyed the pool more than anything! Convenient location and a very decent breakfast served in the morning. Parking was easy and check out was fast. Will 100% be staying here again!

Very loud! Trucks constantly going by with engine brakes. All the room doors have the self closer that slam the doors. Poor sound insulation you can hear the toilet paper rip several doors down. Room wasn't very clean and there was also a blood stain on my sheets. Front desk people were nice and friendly though.

Extremely high quality hotel right off the interstate in Ogallala. The staff is super friendly and wonderful, the rooms were excellent and new, and the complementary breakfast was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

I called late last night as I was driving through town. Jorge answered and hooked me up with a great rate on the room. He also had the key waiting for me when I showed up so I was able to check in quick at 2am, which was greatly appreciated. He was one of the kindest people I've ever experienced at a hotel. Great job Jorge and thank you.

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Front desk was very efficient and accommodating. The heated pool is well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast has many options: fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, and beverages. Feels like a newly constructed building. Located immediately off I-80. Easily accessible.

Great hotel for a quick over night stay. We were headed home and needed to rest we were honestly worried what we were going to get in the middle of Nebraska at 11pm. I walked through the front door and was blown away by our find. It was clean and had modern furnishings. The staff was very pleasant, especially the overnight guy at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious!

Rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. Decent breakfast and lobby area. *Windows do not open. Stuck with stale air and cleaning detergent smell.* Just pool and gym. No spa. Front desk worker acted like I was barbecuing a kitten for having a beer in the lobby. That is against their rules and only allowed in your room. I would not stay here again.
