The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The air conditioner kept our room comfortable in the July heat. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We were glad that we chose the Victorian Inn & Suites at Norfolk.

We were there for one night only. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities had a lot to offer. Ample parking and the hotel is easy to get to. The only minor complaints that we had was that the breakfast was a little lacking in quality and that our bed wasn't quite as comfortable as we are used to. All in all, a fairly decent place to stay that's clean and well kept.

Rooms address clean. Staff is friendly. We stayed because it's dog friendly. Kids had a blast in the pool. The continental breakfast was ok looking. But not about options for those who don't want to carb load. It'd be great for someone who loves waffles and biscuits and gravy.

They helped us out when we had been staying at a different hotel and had issues. Amy gots a room right away. We really appreciate everything thing Amy did for us.

Highly Recommend! Cleanest, friendliest, most affordable and nicest hotel I've stayed in! The staff is friendly, the service is great, pool is 24 hours a day! This is the best hotel I've stayed in...and I travel a lot! Everything is available for you! Late yummy breakfasts! Laundry! Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! Can't wait to come back!

Our 2-night stay in late January 2019 was an excellent experience. We were greeted by a friendly staff and placed in a double queen room that was very clean and showed evidence of recent re-painting and remodeling. Room includes microwave, fridge, large flat-screen TV with many channels (no HBO). Room was very quiet from outside noise. Excellent heater kept us warm during the frigid nights. Bathroom, separate from the single sink, had thirsty towels and a curved shower curtain rail. Excellent breakfast included waffle maker and biscuits and gravy. Inside pool 24 hours which we did not use.

Great front desk customer service. Affordable. Beds aren't loud and are comfortable. The basic rooms are not luxurious but you can tell they do their due diligence to make sure you are kept up to par. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent affordable room. Solid hotel.

First impression, the facilities were clean and in seemingly good repair. While the building seemed clean, it had a generally uninspiring feel to it. The executive suite was decent but not what you'd normally expect from something labeled as executive. There was someone in the room above us that was constantly walking back and forth almost all night and all morning. The second night, we eventually called the front desk to get some help asking them to quiet down and stop stomping around but it didn't seem to help. It's hard to be upset with someone for walking around in their room so I guess the hotel needs better insulation or something to reduce the amount of sound that bleeds from one room to another. The complimentary breakfast was good in my opinion - it came with waffles you could make, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, fruit, and a few other things. The best part of the breakfast is that it was served until 11 which is fantastic because we aren't early morning people so we usually miss out on most complimentary breakfasts since they usually end by 8 or 9. Aside from the excessive stomping sounds from the room above us and the uninspiring ambiance, I thought it was a nice hotel for the price and wouldn't be opposed to staying here again.

Stay here every time we're in town and have stayed at the one in Kearney several times too. It's my favorite hotel. Cheapest one in town, clean rooms, comfy beds, no longer has a hot tub but the pool is clean and warm. Great for the kids. Have only ever had one issue and they fixed it immediately and made it more than right. Late checkout and awesome breakfast in the morning.

Nice big pool. Good sized 2 bedroom rooms. Small fridge and microwave. Lots of bright lights and more than enough pillows. Cereal/waffles/biscuits and gravy. Coffee! Quiet and very cheap for one night and what you get
