Excellent staff members... very good at catering to the needs of their guests... pool is open 24hrs which is frankly awesome!!! My son and I have truely enjoyed the staff and pool... rooms are excellent and very clean... this is the absolute best place to stay! Just book it! We are having a fantastic stay!!! Nice job all!!! Thank you, for making our vacation visit amazing!! //(([[ last year was much better rooms still great but service and customer care has dropped off... not the sparkling review as in the past. We drive over 8hrs for the fun that a 24hr pool provides my son. He chose this hotel for his birthday celebration. We encountered many communication issues with staff and even a bit of rudeness from desk staff that was just poor communicator about happenings at hotel... even was abrupt and harsh communicating to my son, who was at the time only excited to swim... not a great job nor will I stay here next visit. Desk help is very key to hotel success, this is in my opinion no longer a top place on my list. Hope you do better for the next families. One instance of disrespectful rudeness does make a difference and I am sorry you all work so hard to be excellent and have members of your staff that are not able to be pleasant to my son. Who I sent to ask about pool after the cleaning at the time you said the pool would be open. We pay you for a room and the kindness you show your customers makes them come back..... very disappointed that we will not use this hotel any more.

This was one of the worst stays ever at a hotel. Hotel still allows smoking in some rooms so smell was awful, noisey mentioned to front desk and was told by staff guy above us lifted weights which went on all night, dog next to us, beds old. Awful!!!

The staff here is really nice. My favorite thing about this hotel is that breakfast goes through to 11 am! That's perfect for a slow morning person like me so I can actually get something to eat. The rooms are nice and clean. We got a king size bed and it was comfy. My only complaint is how thin the walls/ceiling seem to be. I woke up at 6 AM to the person upstairs pacing back and forth and even heard them using the toilet at one point.

We have been staying here for three months for work and since then they hired an old lady that is rude and completely incompetent. She can't seem to look up rooms to reserve as we always reserve for the next week when we check out. Now because she was left alone to do her job and couldn't figure it out we had to call back when someone else was on shift and now we can't get a room because they are booked solid because that lady couldn't help us when we needed it. I gave 2 stars because it's a decent hotel overall but they lost the rest when we had to up and find a new place last minute because their employee was too incompetent. Update: I know its a late update but after this incident a manager called and made everything right in the most professional manner. The crew was taken care of and like I said before its not a 5 star hotel but it makes for a good home away from home when working in Norfolk.

The staff has all been very friendly, manager is very professional. The room we got is very clean, good breakfast, AC works very well. Parking lot even has a great view of corn. Can't complain. ^^

Reasonable rate on Sun evening. Clean, quiet and nice location just off 81. Desk person made good suggestion for place to dine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good breakfast and great coffee. Coffee and cookies in lobby 24/7. No hot tub but pool is warm. Will stay again.

We stayed here for a week thru Thanksgiving! Very accommodating! Brooke took very good care of us. Property was well lit and numerous security cameras. Ample truck parking in the back for the hubby’s truck and trailer. Would definitely stay here when in Norfolk!
