Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Always love shopping Hy-vee. I'm from out of town but they don't disappoint with fresh produce, cleanliness and friendly staff and even bought a couple t-shirts to commemorate my visit your your fine state

I like the Hy-Vee store because they carry a better line of groceries than what can be found at Walmart just across the street. But, with the better quality line, you have to pay better than average prices. The store is clean and the customer service is exceptional. All the employees were wearing uniforms including masks which was something of a hit and miss at the Walmart across the street. The other customers were respectful of social distancing rules and of other customers which was also missing from the store across the street. I highly recommend Hy-Vee for grocery shopping if you have the money for it.

We order breakfast and till 20 minutes later they come to tell us they run out of what we order and then dont want to refund us our money they insist for us to buy something we dont want ,always coffee is out and dont care to refill cutomer ,it used to be a good place for breakfast not no more

Boy what a disaster you now need to scan and package your own groceries With the price of groceries you would think they would do this. I do know now where I will getting my groceries

Normally HyVee is a 5 star rating. However, on this day we went for fresh fruits and veggies and were greatly disappointed. Everything was wilted and old. Lots of items not in stock. Out of stock wouldn't have bothered me but things looked so bad we left and went to Walmart of all places. Produce section was well stocked and everything looked fresh. Still love HyVee but can't give a good rating for this visit.

Went & got groceries & terrible customer service...a young "gentleman" did not say ONE word to us...cashiers used to smile & asked if customer found what they needed, but not a word...maybe Hyvee needs some better training on customer service...cashier acted like we were a burden to him!!

Love this while in Nebraska. They have a more family type atmosphere and its more then just a grocery store. They have 4 separate kitchens one for bakery where breads and donuts and other specialty treats are made fresh daily. They have bar and grill area that makes some awesome food. Their wing nights for football nights are all you can eat wings and wedges. Fun for the whole family. You have to try the peanut butter burger. Then they also have a deli and a flame grilled kitchen where they have Asian cuisine and a meat loaf that is perfect. All in all this your one stop shop if you need anything from a good laugh good food and groceries for home.

Wife needed to stretch her legs as we headed to parents house.... This ended up being a great place to take a break from the road!!

I used online shopping. I am disabled and it takes everything out of me to go grocery shopping. I got everything I ordered and the meats and produce were beautiful. Then I just had to pull up in front of the store call a number and they brought it out to my vehicle and loaded it. They saved me from having 3 days of being layer up. I will use this everytime I need to buy my monthly groceries. What a wonderful service.
