Man this place has gone down hill. I grabbed one of their items that was buy get one free and they charged me for both items. Then when I went to customer service they told me that the customer has to point out if it's buy one get one free or they don't give you the deal. I think this is wrong in so many ways. When I use to work at this store they had the policy that if the item was priced wrong you got the item for free. I guess they don't do this anymore either so they can get around giving you deals or the sales that they supposedly have. I understand it's hard to find help, but it shouldn't be the customers job make sure they get the deals that are clearly marked.

I always and shelving always appears to be clean and neat. The staff is helpful.

I stopped in for a few things while staying in town. This store was clean and well stocked. It did not have the variety of produce that I am used to at the Hy-vee that I frequent. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Disappointed in the Chinese food. Every other Hy-Vee I have been to, I get the one entree meal to go and I get both little compartments filled with the meat entree and the big one with rice, but here they only gave me One spoonful of meat. When I asked the clerk Aiden about it, he gave me an attitude and was quite rude saying ‘that’s just how it’s done’ and told me I don’t have to buy it. Absolutely not worth my hard earned money. I will be avoiding this store in the future.

Pretty nice store with a lot of healthy options at pretty reasonable prices! My only quip is that I wish they carried more vegan options like the field roast brand of sausage and frankfurters.

A nice place that they seem to care about and keep clean. The staff here is very nice and helpful, if you need assistance just ask. A vast selection of items to satisfy your shopping needs. Good affordable pricing and overall just a good place to be.

It was very late and I was hungry. Fortunately I arrived just before closing and was able to grab a quick meal. My server, Nicole was fantastic. She is all about service. And the food, well I've never been served a bad meal yet.
