Definitely a friendly smile in every isle, shelfs are always stocked and if they are out of what your looking for or a sale items they give you a rain check.

It's a good shopping experience. It's bright and clean and most of the employees are very friendly but the problem is, the prices are out of control! Prices at hyvee are much higher than other grocery stores. Given a choice I'll shop somewhere else cuz I can get the same things for a lower price.

I was happy to be able to go back into Hy-vee after being banned for having my service dog in the other location. thanks to the owner who dropped that ban and educated his employee that gave me some static. someday i will feel safe again to walk into the other location but for now am very happy that the owner really took the time to listen to me and make things right again. I again live Hy-vee 🙂!

Wearing masks is optional, but seemed like about a third of customers were. Always my go to place for exceptional quality, selection, and value. Love getting Fuel saver points to purchase my gasoline also!

[2/4/22 5:00-5:30pm] lady in customer service is so rude, bad humor, on the phone and in person. I can't believe someone like her could be there to "help" customers. It was a really bad experience. Proly not coming back here again. Oh and it's ridiculous that I can't pay money order with card, RIDICULOUS

I only go there for the floral department and they are absolutely wonderful in there and I am always treated with respect and kindness even when I give them last-minute complicated orders for a floral arrangement

The employees are amazing & super helpful. They don't act annoyed or put out to walk you to the item you may want to find. The store is great. Highly recommend in Norfolk!

Able to find great variety over Walmarts choices on ice drinks I wanted!! Great specialty area for vegans and vegetarians

Love this store! Brought a disabled friend to do her shopping today. Ev one of the employees had a big smile and she was treated so well! Exceptionally clean store! Great sales that we were able to take advantage of today. So good we went over her budget...but I chipped in and she is set for at least a month. She was particularly impressed with fresh fruits and veg aisle. Great shopping experience for her and now she will definitely return!

Did not like that I had to check myself out but the employee designated to overseeing the self checkout was surprisingly helpful and did not feel like he was watching me only to make sure I did not steal like other stored do.. but still don't like having to do the work that was once provided and not get payed or atleast a discount.
