After a disappointing experience with an Omaha dealership these guys were night & day different. Gave me a ride to/from home while they ran diagnostic then Austin provided us a 7 seat loaner the next week when our Pacifica was in for service. Oh, and Jill answers the phone every single time. I appreciate that. We’ll be back next time we need help. Thanks guys.

My Christmas Present!! We were on our way to Arizona and our 2019 Jeep blew up! It was under warranty, so long story short, we got a hold of Columbus Motors, let them know what was going on, (Chad Kennedy, Chase, Eric, and Josh), and they sent a driver out with a new Jeep Wrangler that we bought from them!! All the way to Albuquerque!! AND they bought back our old one, so they also picked up the old jeep! ❤️ Thank you so much to Chad Kennedy, and the others that helped us at Columbus motors! You really turned something horrible into something fantastic! If anyone is looking for a new vehicle, I suggest going to Columbus Motor Sales in Columbus, Nebraska, and ask for Chad Kennedy. He is the best! Chad, Eric, Josh, and Chase all came together to make sure that we weren't stranded in Arizona. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bought 2 vehicles form Ray Davila this year. He’s a great guy and went way out of his way to get a very specific vehicle for me the one I wanted was 8 hours away one way and he had it on the lot in 2 days! Very straightforward people.

Buying another car from them already! Rae is awesome! From start to finish he made it so easy and comfortable, worked his butt off to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. It wasn’t a easy task since I was very specific and when they found one they went to Minnesota to get it for me. Only cars I buy from now are from Rae because he doesn’t forget about you. If he needs more time he still sends you updates Dailey to make sure everyone is on the same page. FYI I purchased a Dodge 1500 Night addition and they were hard to find.

I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived to make an appointment and was instantly acknowledged. I was greeted by Ryan and he immediately asked me "How can I help you sir?". He had a very sincere tone and it really made me feel welcomed. I was scheduled for my vehicle maintenance and left my truck because I had to work at my scheduled appointment time. I don't remember her name but the lady who helped me was very welcoming as well over getting my timeslot for my truck to get an oil change. She has short hair and her hair was silver. I was not able to pick up my truck, so after I received a text that my truck was ready for pick up. I replied I was not able to pick it up until the next day. I received a text back and he said there was no problem with that and I was free to come and get it at my convenience during business hours. I really appreciate a friendly attitude and the appearance of being concerned over getting me taken care of. THANKS EVERYONE!!

We had a very relaxed, no pressure buying experience with Jeff Merrill. From the start of looking at the vehicle I wanted, to our trade in was a very smooth process. They were clear, very precise (no surprises!) and the print outs were very helpful in deciding our financing options. Eric in finance was very easy and nice to work with as well! We saw the Charger online and thought it was pretty awesome, so I called Columbus Motor Company to see if it was something we could do! I had a great time chatting with Janice and getting to know her and the car! She’s a great person who could really just read into me and knew what I wanted!
