Columbus Motors is literally the best place to go and buy a car! The Sell’s men are literally the best! So caring, thoughtful, and so respectful! I would recommend getting a car from them! I just purchased mine today! I couldn’t be happier! All cars are taken care of before you drive it off the lot! They make sure you are well taken care of!!

They went out of their way & got me the truck I was looking for. But do not recommend them to work on vehicle. I have had my truck in the shop at least 5-6 times for the same problem. Keep saying it is fixed but it's not. Or they say they can't duplicate the problem. Thankfully I did take out the extended warranty so most of the stuff is covered. Wish I would have read the warranty better because I have to have them work on my truck unless I am more than 50 miles away. I wish I could take my truck to Gene Steffy Ford since the truck I bought is a Ford.

I have been talking with Jeff M. for over a year about different vehicles that would be a good fit for my family and I. Drove by the lot this week and a Jeep caught my eye, I called Jeff and set up an appointment. There is a reason they are nicknamed shady spady. I bought my truck got the “power train warranty” when my transmission was slipping 6 months into owning it. I took it in and everything and the kitchen sink was fixed but when I needed motor work done a month before the end of my warranty nothing was covered and the loaner they gave me. They demanded it back before I even had a chance to pay my bill to get my truck back. I don’t recommend them. There are plenty of other dealerships in town that are better and treat their customers right.
