I can not say enough good things about them! Chase Ahrens was so helpful and the whole team will go above and beyond for you! Hail totaled my car and had to find a new one while trying to get everything together for moving cities at the end of the month. We were able to do everything over the phone and he even stayed late to carshop online. I was able to settle on one. He got all the paperwork done and delivered my car the following week. Unfortunately the day I signed papers my dad accidentally dropped a piece of plywood on it and dented the hood. I reached out to chase and they were able to get me in the next day to get it fixed. If you are looking for a place to get a new car, where you are not just a number and they actually care about you this is the place! Thank you so much Columbus Motor Company!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Steven McClelland did an excellent job wasn’t pushy and was patient! Everyone there was personable and knowing the situation and one reason behind trading in my car (my mother being deceased) they made it much less painless. Thank you all!!

Our van died on the way to work..we went to another dealer in town who said they ‘maybe’ could get us in next week! Columbus Motor understood our emergency situation and got us in that day! They diagnosed and fixed the issue by the time we were ready to head home for the day!!!
