We traveled from California to Lincoln Nebraska for a family wedding. There were 10 of us and we rented a large van. The van was very nice and the customer service when booking, pickup and drop off.

Got a rental car from Avis it was suppose to fit 5 people. Got there and was offered small car so I had to pay for an upgrade which I guess was ok.Got in car and 30 minutes on my trip AC doesn't work the whole 3 hour trip and back.Then get pulled over and car has no proof of registration or driver's manual so dont know where the gas tank release hatch is so this time very disappointing

I had a pleasant experience with Avis for a week-long rental (October 2019). The car was new, clean and ran smoothly. Musab was very easy-going and friendly and made pick-up and drop-off a breeze! Would definitely use them again based on this experience.

My rental was due to my personal car being in the auto repair shop on the day that I needed to leave for my daughter and son-in-law's first baby. I had to leave early and Avis made all the needed changes to make this happen. I even showed up 10 minutes after closing and Musaab stayed late to get me set up and on my way.

Very courteous service. Made simple: instead of driving or walking long distance, they brought the car to me at the airport and I dropped the car and the key without looking for complex or complicated location. Very good service but a little bit expensive

My truck broke down in Lincoln and I had difficulty booking a rental due to not having a major credit card, high pricing, and no immediate availability of cars. I called Avis and not only was the price the absolute lowest, but they had a car available and took my debit card. I wish I could remember the associate’s name, but he was extremely nice and helpful, which meant a lot considering the horrible day I was having. The rental was easy to find and I was back in Texas that midnight! The car was nice, clean, and had excellent gas mileage. Only stopped to fuel twice all the way to Houston:-) Definitely will be using them again if needed!

I reserved a gps and sat.radio,while paying for my rental I was informed by the clerk/associate that the vehicle I would be getting already had both in it. At which time he said it was pointless to pay for features not needed and I should not do so,I then declined to get. As per any previous rental with other company we didnt do a walk around to verify any pre-existing damages(should always do). I also didnt receive any copy of contract. Returning no attendant,no walk around,no envelope for drop box. And I'm positive that I paid for features I didnt get on my extension,but no way to ask as no one around.
