Aspen Dental

They presented very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a tooth ache Wich I knew I would need a crown due to tooth decay. They told me they couldn't do the root canal and recommended me to go elsewhere and comeback for the crown installation. Not too impressed with that.

Was told 1 price got another then told to wait while they try to figure stuff out and sent me collections while they told me to wait, no issue paying bit gave one reason after another why I owe more then said.. Then used excuse someone else used the money so you owe all this even though they sent me there. The main worry is they told me to wait while they figured it all out and they would wait before they got back to us sent to collections then told us we have no control over it, shouldnt have told is to wait, just horrible customer service experience and will be going elsewhere with the kids... I read bad reviews online and hoped they were over exaggerating but nope..

Everyone there is so very friendly, makes going to the dentist a lot less intimidating. Love that they go over costs before they do anything so you know what to expect. Would highly recommend!!

Very friendly, and it was actually cheaper than what original estimate was, so I got a refund. Also my insurance paid well. All in all appointments were fast, no waiting, they explained everything.

I was extremely pleased with the staff at the Norfolk, Nebraska office. They are very understanding and listen to any concerns that you may have. I had a major procedure done and they did a fantastic job!

So far have not been pleased with Aspen Dental! When I tried on my dentures from the mold not one person mentioned if I was happy with the color. When I received the dentures yesterday, they were rough. Bottom dentures do not stay in place when eating. So far the worst set of dentures I have received. Today my mouth is very sore.

Had a horrible experience with the Sioux City office and was reluctant to go here but SO glad I did!! The staff was very professional, helpful and understanding of what u went through in Sioux City. They went above and beyond to make my bad experience a good one at their branch! Very happy with the work I got done and the timely manner it was performed in! Thanks ladies!!!!

I was overwhelmed at the the dental office of Aspen Dental. Kim was the greatest helping to keep my appointments the same day as my husband who also goes to the same dentist. Everyone was so friendly and polite. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone, no matter how long it has been since last dentist appointment. They are more than willing to help you and work around your busy lives. Cheri Krusemark

Had excellent service and everyone were friendly and helpful. Have new dentures and so far am not having any trouble with them. Just need a little adjusting time.

Couldn't get into my dentist for days so they were my last resort. Told them I had a terrible toothache. After spending 45 minutes for x-rays, which were incredibly painful they couldn't help. I would not recommend them! I ended up walking into my dentist for two numbing shots and she was able to get me in for an emergency root canal the next day. Overall don't go to Aspen, total waste of time and money!!!!
