Aspen Dental

My experience at Aspen Dental has been excellent. They were professional but caring and showed an interest in making me feel comfortable and welcome. I was very pleased with the information the dentist gave me about an injection of Prolia I had received at my last visit with my family doctor. Because of concern I will not want to have another injection because of the problems it could create if I were to have any kind of oral surgery.

All this place is , is a sales pitch. I came from small town and went to the dentist every 6 months. I had a filling crack and they want me to do all this other stuff. And won't do the work I want until I pay thousands to do the other stuff. It is unreal. I Calle day dentist from back home and this period to cleaning is a fancy way to pay there hygienist a lot more money when a basic cleaning is ok. Crooks. My husband already got taken I find it funny we have the same exact score and how we both need to have the same thing done. Never again!!!!

All these places looking to hire people and mo one will hire anyone. What are they waiting for?

I ended up having a broken tooth and I needed to make an appointment which at first I had made one in Fremont Nebraska but as we were on our way from our 45-minute drive there they canceled on us which was not nice at all but we could Norfolk which is the other way and they said they had an opening so we could go to them well we had stopped for a little bit because our appointment wasn't for a while but they called us again and said hey we had some cancellations come on right in so that was really nice. From the minute I walked in they were just so nice to me the lady up front 2 the dental assistant to the hygienist to the doctor very very nice. They worked with me since I didn't have dental insurance and they did accept my dental discount card. I believe her name was Sam that dealt with all the financial stuff was super very friendly. Do I recommend this place?? Absolutely!! No doubt I still have to go back for my procedures so I can update this as I go.

Staff was very nice. But, we were not aware when we traveled 45mins that it was just a consultation. That was never told to us. Also, it felt more like a sales pitch than a dentist. Selling my dad 9,000 in dentures seemed to be more of a focus then him getting one tooth pulled.

I was in town working and had a dental emergency. Dr.Shu is the most caring, kind & generous dentist!!! Can't say enough great things!! Staff very professional and kind. Love, love, love them. Wish I were a Nebraska resident. Would keep going back! ( First dental visit in 15 yrs.)

The staff and the care they all provide to my dental care is outstanding!

Really have had a bad experience with Aspen Dental in Norfolk. Billing and dental work done. Can’t believe the inept work done by this clinic. Had to come back for a replacement temporary bridge. I have to drive an hour to their clinic. Had to come back next day to replace it as it did not work and broke up. Got a new replacement next day but had to drive 1 hr each way . New assistant put new one on. Went back in to get new bridge. Not bad but went to leave thinking only had to pay second half of bridge charge. Wow told me I still owed$1060 plus second half bridge charge. . Wow now I Still owe $1653. They really know how charge for inept charges will never be there again, By the way My discount was the same if I didn’t have Insurance. Really gave me same discount as if I didn’t have aDental coverage. They prey on needing dental work and they nail you. Good luck if you deal them. Not. A happy patent as you can tell

They were professional and good quality but send way too many messages, keep you at the office too long, want you to come back too often… like your time doesn’t count for anything. They also want you to buy high dollar gadgets that are not necessary. That being said, the office was immaculate and staff was wonderful. Not sure I’ll go back though. I don’t like repeat work. They seemed to want to update to current technology but not trust that it gets the job done.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. I needed help with a broken tooth, and they took steps to be sure it was dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you & God bless!
