The front desk ladies were amazing and the dentist was very gentle and thorough however the dental assistant that helped that's another story. She had me take 45 x-rays because she couldn't get them right, when I was getting work done it didn't seem like she was paying attention because she kept pushing on my upper gun and teeth making it very painful. I now have a ton of mouth sores from the equipment and her lack of knowledge

This office stinks. I went thier with a split tooth and 2 bad teeth. I asked to pull the bad ones and in a few months Id like to pull the rest and get dentures. They gave me a quote on the work and somehow lost it and when I called back to see it up they renigged and said they wont pull the teeth leaving me in pain and a mouth with half the teeth. They are very untrustworthy and that dont change even with the seeded fake reviews you read but if you read the negative reviews they are all the same, this office is dishonest.

Was welcomed very friendly and of course being never been there before you must do paper work so they know you. After that everyone was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions I asked. Were very professional and whichisneeded in today's society. I will return and promote there business in the future.

Have to schedule a cleaning separately from the exam, is really inconvenient. Also, we have great insurance, and a new customer exam is FREE, BUT not if you have insurance. Their prices are high, so chances are your normally covered exams will be above and beyond what your insurance pays. Typically, cleaning and exams are covered completely, not here. Also, I had been interested in 2 cosmetic crowns, was told my insurance was really good and would cover a lot of it based on how they code it, so I paid up front for these services. Little did I know, with some investigating, that my insurance does not cover anything cosmetic at all, and had I had these services performed and insurance questioned it, I would have been on the line for $2300 out of my own pocket. A little tid bit they failed to mention, of course. Bad practices, and I'm glad I asked questions, and double checked. Still waiting on a refund from that, it's been more than 2 months now. NEVER get a call back when they say. Also, terrible pain with a simple filling weeks out. Overall a horrible experience.

I came in to aspen for a free check up and x-rays and they found a bunch of things wrong with my teeth, I set up a appointment for the next day and had one of my wisdom teeth pulled. Doctor suh did a amazing job, I didn't feel any pain and was in and out of there in 20min. I very highly recommend giving aspen dental a try. Especially if you are unsatisfied with your current dentist.

This was one of the most thorough examinations that I have ever had. The pain was minimal, the service was uplifting, and the attention to care/concern was immediate. The exam was free and the services are currently being provided at a discounted rate in my area! I plan on switching to Aspen Dental as soon as my stimulus comes in.

I went for the dental check up and i was advised peridontial hygiene which my insurance covers but not the local antibiotics called arestin which they were taking about which was pretty expensive and not at all covered by insurance. I asked them if the good cleaning can be done without the antibiotics which they said would not be appropriate. Since it costed me more around 1000$ i went for second opinion to other local dentists and found out that good cleaning can be done without those arestin. I was very sad to find out this.

Was reading the reviews and seems like they want to pull teeth to just make dentures or offer implant dentures. This place sounds like a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. But I guess that what you get when your a cooperation and dont care about patients. Would not refer any patients to this place. I would stay clear of this place not worth the hassel.
