Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I always go to Valvoline locations for my oil changes. They are easy to get into, the men who work there are very pleasant, know what they are doing, they keep track of what you need done besides oil and offer you the service, but NOT high pressure to do it that visit. Plus I have never experienced anything "fishy" going on with my car after the visit (ie: you hear how some places tamper with things). Anyway-Highly recommend Valvoline all the way for drive in, no appointment oil changes!!! Good work and thank you!

Clean. This location has been here for a while and the place is always spotless. The crew here is polite and efficient. Cheapest oil change in town? Nope. Best in town? Yup. Pull in anytime after a change and they top everything off for free with a smile. Highly recommend.

I'd been going to the dealership for three years after purchasing our car new and had taken my older truck here several times. I liked the service and the communication of the team to each other and to me. Started taking the car here too and there's no looking back. Get coupons online and pay about half of what the dealership charges!

This is my new favorite place to get my oil changed. I often change my own oil, and these guys make sure that you're up to speed every step of the way, whether you're a car person who just doesn't have time to change the oil yourself, or someone whose car knowledge ends at the steering wheel, you'll feel confident that they are indeed doing the due diligence and conducing your maintenance in a trustworthy way. The prices are very reasonable, the shop runs with fantastic speed and efficiency, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with this Valvoline location.

Went there today and I had not put my engine plug back in when I had checked oil earlier in the day , there was oil all over my engine. Your guys called AutoZone and talked to the employee so that I could pick one up outside and not go in store because of the Covid situation. They went the extra mile for me today. You have great employees!!

I like that there's no lobby to wait in. You just wait in your car. That's about it. Now, what is crucial to a successful visit without it ending with you wanting to rip the head off the manager of the place is that you block the entrance to the driveway leading up to the bays. I arrived at 2:11 p.m. I was accepted into the building at 3:07 p.m. after two cars that arrived after me the staff had jockeyed around me had been served. It's pretty infuriating to watch two cars there for oil changes (but were behind me in line) leaving before my hood was even back down. Block the drive. Take the NEXT available space to ensure your FIFO order survives. 160-minute oil change. Pretty sweet. It gets two stars instead of one because I like not having to leave my vehicle, and it incentivizes them to be quick, at least after they finally get it in. One of the guys calls everyone "brother" a lot. That's irksome. Read the room, "brother." It should be said that I had a GREAT experience with their Fairfield location (which used to be a Jiffy Lube) with another vehicle a couple weeks ago. I'll be going there. So, it's not the chain. Just the location. Maybe just a bad day at the location. Either way, I'm out. I'm not risking it again.

First time customer and will be last. I didn’t have any issues with my car until I took it in to get an oil change. The air intake hose was taken off and not put back on prior to leaving the lot. My car sounded horrible and the RPMs were fluttering at idle. Brought it back right away to have them look at it again which they did. They didn’t find anything wrong and told me to take it to a mechanic. Once I got to a mechanic, they spotted the issue within seconds of looking. The mechanic hooked the hose back up and recommend to not go back for future services.
