The UPS store downtown by the university is hands down the best store in town. Goi did a fantastic job, Super helpful staff. Would recommend this location 100 %

My husband and I went downtown to the UPS 6634 in Lincoln and we had Dismas & Donovin help us. We had to get our fingerprints taken and they made the process go very smoothly for us. Great customer service and very polite.

Had a package get sent to this location, and needed it sent back out to me, after 4 days ( it was over a weekend and they don't send packages out on weekends?) I called trying to figure out what was going on and got treated like a huge inconvenience. I had talked to a few other gentleman at the location that were very nice on the previous calls trying to figure out what to do about this package, they were as helpful as they could be given they are not actually delivery drivers. Then I called back as instructed and was treated very rudely for even trying to figure out if my package was sent out as requested since it didn't go out on the day it was meant to.
