Do not go to this UPS store. I had to send an urgent package internationally. I called the 800 number and looked on the website (see screenshot) and it clearly states that If I had sent the package even a day later than I tried that it would arrive on time. They said that this was not possible and lied to me. I again spoke to the 800 number where they confirmed that if I had sent it that it would have arrived on time. What a waste of time and it caused me a great deal of distress. They obviously do not know what they are doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE.

This UPS store took care of every question I had and made me feel completely at ease. After my visit, I found out I had a mistake with the shipping label. After e-mailing them about it, I had an immediate response and they took care of everything. Very thankful for their customer service!

Had a package sent here for a friend. Called ahead and was told by an employee working at the time that they "would call the number on the package so they would know the package has arrived". The friend waits for this call and never receives it. The package ends up getting sent back. I talked with my store I sent it from they say I need to call this store and get it sorted out. I call this store they tell me I need to call customer service. I call customer service they give me a different number to call. I call that number they say I need to speak with the store it was sent to. So here we are going full circle with no resolution for a mistake that came about due to one of your employees. I was told that it is not UPS policy to call for a package shipped to the store. What the actual policy is, is irrelevant since I was told by one of your employees that it was policy to call to let the receiver know the package has arrived. Do not use this UPS store or any for that matter unless you want to be thrown through a loop as I was.

I needed to get some Christmas gifts sent out I went to the UPS location downtown Lincoln Nebraska. Londell and RJ were there to help right away. They were courteous and my stuff got measured and ready for shipping quickly. Thise guys were great!!

Literally never open on time in the mornings and closes early and now can’t accept amazon returns. What is the actual point of this location.
