Today, I print 3 pages of black and white documents for $2.95. Your officer initially told me to use the computer, access to my USB and print it. But he did not told me that using the computer cost $2.50. I saw a paper that using the computer costs money but didn't expect using it just to print my documents will change me. Instructions should be clearer and it is a bad system.

Found out the hard way that a notary isn't always on staff. They suggested a UPS store 5 miles away, which during rush hour isn't a very enticing option. Edit: bumped up to four stars due to getting a response on the review. Thank you for reading this UPS!
