Brian was helpful, kind and considerate. He also turned off all the lights downstairs so I didn’t have to make an extra trip down! Orkin has provided amazing service

We are grateful for Orkin. We live far enough out in the country where it's challenging to find people willing to come out. The same gentleman services the house so we have been able to develop a relationship with him. He has come out & when no one heard the door he gave me a call. Generally if no one answers the door they leave & you are out of luck. Orkin's standard is above & beyond. They are solid in customer service which seems to be getting more rare.

I had left a very favorable review on ordination. A time has passed, and my trust in the company grew, I feel like I'm being taken for am expensive ride!!! I've paid to have the outside of my house sprayed for wasps ect, however, my cameras show the front of my house being sprayed, not the back,!! I also pay for my yard for flees, ticks and mosquitos .... well my dogs very seldom leave their yard but yet we have flees and ticks!!!! It's just wonderful!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ORKIN!!!!

The guy I've had the past 3 times or so has been really awsome seems knowledgeable about what he does and very easy to get along with great communication

My representative was incredible! He was so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explained the different packages available and made sure I was comfortable with the services I purchased before we moved forward. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called and the representative even called me when he was on his way over. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and was very impressed with this experience! So polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I left a very favorable review 4 years ago, but have come home from work early four times in the past few weeks for a scheduled service and no one has arrived at the scheduled time (when I called each of the 3 times, they told me the technician was ill). I've asked to be texted if this was going to happen, but have not. There's just a reschedule notice in my home email (which I don't have access to at work). They rescheduled a 4th time and I told them that the time they rescheduled me for wouldn't work and that I was discontinuing the service. However, although I told them not to come, I got a text today saying the technician was coming today between 2 and 4. I called to say that I was very unhappy with the service and that they couldn't come today. The customer service rep was very nice and offered to have them come between 4 and 6 today instead. I gave them one more chance. And sat at home from 4 to 6 and no one came.

I grew up with Orkin (my mom has been a customer for 30 years), and when we bought our first home I knew that I couldn’t take care of the pests all on my own. I trust this company and Dale gave me so much helpful information not just about the services they do, but things I can do as a homeowner to make my home more secure and safer. After the initial service and inspection, I already am more confident in solving these problems. I only recommend Orkin and as my friends buy their first homes, I’ll tell them they need Dale
