Orkin

I’ve used Orkin for years and they are very effective at what they do. Rome is fantastic as a service person!

I had them put down termite traps several years ago and signed up with their service so they could monitor them. Years later I find out they never check the traps. We've been paying $464 a year just so they could spray around the house every 4 months. To put that in perspective, a year's supply of insecticide costs less than $20. Just, wow.

Rome was my early, very friendly and answered all my questions. He was super understanding and patient with my concerns. I highly recommend him and his work!

We live on a very treed acreage so we have a contract with Orkin for pest “watch” of every kind but it’s important for us to ensure no animals are poisoned or harmed. We talked to them about how to humanely keep critters outdoors and they have been wonderful- 8 years in- critter free. They have been really great to work with!

This is our first time to use this company and experience has been terrible so far. We had their guy came over and sprayed once and few days later we started to see some spiders running around. I called the guy and his respond was "call our office and ask for extra service and let them schedule you" I don't know what the hell did this guy spry in the first place. We are not impressed with their service. "I hate the fact that they sent you a review request right away before you even try their service"

Last year we had be bugs. We agreed to a treatment, follow up treatment, and then 5 follow up "protection" treatments which we received August through December of last year. This is what was told to us at the time and this is what we agreed to. Well come to find out, your representative lied to us because he actually had us sign a year long agreement! This was NOT what we wanted and NOT what we were told we were signing up for! And when I called the Lincoln office the person on the line simply repeated over and over that she had the contract on file so I'm guessing you dirtbags get this a lot. What's more, the woman Also refused to even do me the grace of canceling the renewal of the contract, she said I have to call back in May. I'm guessing you'll hope I will forget or croak or whatever and you can just slide on in and just bill me in perpetuity. I will be 100% clear here. The business WE AGREED TO is concluded. I do not want your services at this time, do not want to pay you hundreds of additional dollars, do not want you at my house. If you have even an ounce of dignity you will cancel this garbage, not bill me for services I did not agree to, and think real long and hard about the kind of representatives you're sending out and the lack of moral compass your organization is operating with.

Orkin branch in Lincoln, Ne., Drove 60 miles to our home Sept 2022. Nate L, and Laura went above and beyond to get the job done right. Both employees were highly skilled, professional, respectful and knowledge that is on another level. Even answered questions on a Saturday and on a Sunday. I knew I could trust them with our home. Riley is very thorough at his job. He is always prompt. He is polite, very kind and always cheerful. This is his third time here and he has always been pleasant and professional. You would have a great business if all your employees would follow in his footsteps.

Orkin was very thorough checking all the places a bat may have access to get inside the house. They explained the process they were going to use. They gave us a good price. We are very satisfied with their work.

I called and had immediate service. The lady on the phone was great and I could clearly understand her which is a gamble these days with phone reps. I tried a local private business and when they came out, they didn’t even do an interior inspection but charged me 100 bucks. Johnathan did an exterior and interior inspection, was able to find most likely the point of entry that the other guy missed and pointed out some other non pest related issues for me. Having been only one day ago, I can’t for sure say Orkin is the best, (we’ll see how it all plays out with the mice) but so far the service has been excellent. Much better than the other guys that I tried.
