We have used Orkin for five years. They have never disappointed! We highly recommend. The only odd thing that happened this time was we were not notified they were coming until 10 minutes before arrival. Normally we receive an email several days before. I don’t know if protocol has changed, but this may cause a problem in the future.

They didn't show up as scheduled. They did showed up the following morning at 8 AM and woke me up. One would think they would coordinate their visits with their customers. Not even an apology!

We have not seen any signs of pest as it is very cold. During warmer days ants in the yard around the tree were greatly reduced.

The gentleman that sprayed my house was very professional. I followed him to areas of the house to be sprayed and we had a great conversation. It was an overall great experience and I will use Orkin in the future for my home and rental properties.

Had some miscommunication on when they were coming out but when I called they sent Tony back out in 2 days. They were friendly and proficient gives me peace of mind Update; Tony's not available so James called Friday the 26th I told them just to skip us this month. Just found out they were supposedly at my house yesterday. Didn't talk to us 1st didn't do the inside because nobody answered the door supposedly but I was home and didn't see anybody here.

I've always used Orkin and have really liked their service until yesterday. I had made an appointment on Sunday for a tech to come out on Monday between 2-4pm. Well, no one showed up and I received no phone call. I had to call the branch twice, and they told me that my tech had an emergency and couldn't finish his routes. I rescheduled for this Thursday, but I would have appreciated a text or a phone call explaining the situation. I will continue using your services, but please get better with the customer service. Thank you!
