I had a headlight out and I did not have an appointment. The service department was so gracious, and immediately fixed it. Rollin, was very kind to help me so quickly. They are a great source of service for your Honda, very nice to work with.

Great sales personnel. Not great financial side .. guy sets my loan up without even telling me what I'm getting for interest rate or any other details about a loan... like I don't have any options with excellent credit score. So expect to settle to their loan terms I guess if you want to buy anything from them. Also you have to finance though them if you are out of state.

We recently purchased a used truck from Honda of Lincoln. We started out talking with JLynn who was very helpful in the process of buying on line, we live out of state and over 6 hours away. She had to turn the finishing process over to Scott while she had to step away from the office for a while. Scott was great to work with he met us at the door when we arrived visited with us walked us over to see the truck and allowed us to take it for a test drive to make sure it was what we wanted. They never pressured us into anything and made the transition from our vehicle into the vehicle that we purchased. Their service department checked out the pre owned vehicle found a few issues repaired them at no extra expense to me. I felt very confident driving the seven hours home in my purchase and I would definitely recommend anyone making a vehicle purchase in the future to check out Honda of Lincoln.
