We found a perfect used vehicle on line, and when we went to pick it up the staff was over the top with the service they provided. They made me feel like I just bought the most expensive new car they had, when in reality it was the most reasonable vehicle on the lot. Very happy!

The process of signing my new lease was quick, educational, & speedy. Both Chad & Chris were very good. Going over all the documents & vehicle updates to make sure I knew what I needed to know, also very kind & courteous!!!

Alexis Fregoso reminds me of the honesty and personal attention my dad strived to provide his clients. I feel like Alexis and everyone else I’ve encountered at Honda of Lincoln want me to be truly happy with my car and want the experience to be enjoyable. I’ll continue to buy or lease cars here because I completely trust everyone and their intentions at this dealership.

Great communication with everyone from my first call. I needed someone I trusted to tell me what my brakes needed.. I had had many quotes...I wasn't sure I could trust the ones who said rotors would need to be replaced. I went across town to have Honda do the work and was totally satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. Chad from sales and Chad from finance made it a quick and easy sale. Literally was in and out in under two hours. They answered all my questions regulating financing and were both helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car

I had an absolutely great time working with Russ to find a vehicle that met our needs and budget. I would absolutely recommend him. I did not have a great experience with Chad Erwin. I do not think his actions were representative of Honda of Lincoln but they were not appropriate at all. His dislike of my personal choice of how I closed on my vehicle made the purchase more difficult than it needed to be. He was also completely disrespectful of the employees at LFCU. I would expect better from someone in a management position. That said I would work with Honda of Lincoln and Russ again on a future vehicle and encourage others to do so as well.
