Spectacular performance by a car dealership, of all things. Can you imagine reading that sentence? They were consummate professionals, I was in and out in no time. No haggling, no screwing around, they had exactly what I wanted, for a good price, and the entire process was painless. Ask for Russ. He’s awesome. Everyone is, in fact. I’d rate them 6 stars if I could.

Everyone at Honda of Lincoln was very welcoming and helpful. Russ Meyer is an all-around great person, very informative and has a personable demeanor. He helped me find the car that best suits my lifestyle and sure enough I left the parking lot with the car of my dreams and that’s all thanks to Russ and the rest of the crew at Honda of Lincoln. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in a Honda vehicle!

As a first time buyer, I had an excellent experience at Honda of Lincoln. Working with Tyler Miksch in sales and Scott Sweeney in finances was east the entire way through. They were both extremely willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process and gave recommendations with explanations whenever I was unsure on any topic at all. Overall a fantastic experience for me.

Recently bought a vehicle from Honda of Lincoln and had a very pleasant experience. AJ was our sales rep and has gone above and beyond for us. Never pushy, always accommodating to us and was very very helpful in the shopping process. We picked the vehicle we bought because of the knowledge he had about it and some of the features he was able to show us. Just the way he spoke and carried himself made us feel very comfort and he was always courteous, pulling out a chair for my wife, holding doors for us, etc. I did A LOT of shopping around and Honda of Lincoln was the most comfortable we felt thanks to AJ. Chad helped us with the financing process and was also very pleasant to work with. He explained things to us well and did not rush us even though we were keeping him there well after hours. Never once get pressured or like another number. 10/10 on this car buying experience even with the horrible market. Thanks to everyone Honda of Lincoln!

A.J. Johnson was an amazing sales person. He was very clear in explaining everything to me. He applied no pressure on me to but this new Honda Accord Hybrid. If I were to rate him on a scale of one to ten he would be a very strong 10. All people I dealt with at Honda of Lincoln were very good in every way.

I had a GREAT experience in leasing a vehicle thru Honda of Lincoln. Caleb Tran was the leasing agent and he did a phenomenal job answering questions and helping us with the whole leasing process. Caleb went above and beyond to help us and went as far as setting up our phones to use in the car and showed how to use different options in the system.(GPS mapping and using car play) Thank you also to Scott in finance for helping us with the finance paperwork. Both of these guys were not only helpful but we’re knowledgeable for the questions we had. I will be leasing/buying a car from Honda of Lincoln again.

I have been taking my car here for service since I purchased about 5 years ago. They are incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns. Service is quick, efficient, and well-explained prior to completing any additional services. If waiting there, the space is clean, quiet, and comfortable to complete work in!

This was the easiest and least stressful car purchase I have made. Alexis was extremely helpful and he made my first experience buying at Honda of Lincoln so great! Scott in finance was also very helpful! I’m very thankful for all their help and I would recommend working with them to others.

I have been a Honda owner for 30 years now with Honda of Lincoln. The cars are outstanding but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. When making a decision on whether to go with their recommendations for repairs or replacement of a part, they have my trust in doing the right thing. I have never been in a situation where I would have a complaint. From the minute I arrive until I depart I have received the best service.

We had an awesome experience at Honda of Lincoln. They worked with us to find a new family car, and had activities for our kids to make the experience of car shopping with kids a little less stressful! Prices were very fair and the salesman, Colton, was super friendly, accommodating, and did not pressure us at all. He seemed very down to earth and genuine, unlike so many car salesmen we’ve come into contact with. The building was clean and pleasant, and the coffee machine was pretty sweet too (a nice perk that my kid could get hot chocolate and I could get a latte)! The car was clean before we test drove it (and by the way, no salesman sat in the back and talked to us the whole time, preventing us from actually focusing on the car). After purchasing the car, they cleaned it up even more before we drove it off the lot… it was a car with many miles on it but they somehow made it feel “new.” By far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 stars.
