Management could be improved. Cleanliness of bathroom could be better, room had dingy smell. Do your research before you stay. Breakfast $12, if this was anything near 3 star that would be understandable.

Hotel was disgusting! Floors so dirty inside and outside of the room we didn't even take our shoes off till we went to sleep! Wall paper peeling off walls, mold in bathroom, hot tub not working with no signs of repair in process, and Breakfast was not free as advertised.

The staff was very prompt at getting us checked in. The bed was decently comfortable and we definitely liked the mini kitchenette. The hotel definitely met our basic needs.

I've stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels around the country and this is the absolute worst. We had to switch out room keys 10 times over two days because they quit working. The desk person told us that the card reader on the door was going out, but there was really no solution but to keep giving us new cards. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but that didn't happen. Hot tub was broken/under construction. Thanks for the reply, Sheila. Just replying in general shows that you care. I can understand that times are difficult and I think the remodel will be a good thing.
