Holiday Inn Lincoln Southwest, an IHG Hotel

This was my first stay in a holiday inn.we usually stay at HAMPTON inn.They started by price gouging to $209 for reg room 2 queens. As a contractor for a Hospital in Hastings Ne it's run down and needs updated badly And should be looked into by the health Dept and fire Marshalls.male staff person was rude. I don't recommend it and will never stay there again.the hot tub was not working as they promised it would be on the phone.General oder was not pleasant In halls and room.must have spent all there money on the antiquated tvs.

Everyone was nice and helpful. We decided to add another night and the person at the front desk was helpful and kind. With having the membership that extra night was cheaper which was amazing. Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable bed, easy check in process. Loved having a Keurig in the room. The room needed some attention. Mainly to the floors. They were very dirty and needed moped. The carpet needed swept.

We arrived at 5am in a snowstorm and were exhausted. The staff allowed us a 1pm check-out which was helpful regarding the almost foot of snow they received over night. It was a nice stay. Thank you.

This hotel was great for the price. Things were clean and quiet. Nice location, lots of shops and restaurants around. Did not try the breakfast, but next time we will give it a try. Beds were very comfy!

The room was clean and breakfast served real fresh fruit. Pool was ok and hot tub was gutted. Front desk guy Patrick was very helpful with my large combo vehicle parking assistance.

So some may peg it to be strange but to have an hotel down the street from the hospital? But it is true. Also there's quite a few different car dealerships around the hotel. So if you want to walk by and pick up a Nissan🚘 you can do so, isn't that so cute😄. They do have small refrigerators and also a microwave which is convenient at certain times. I would prefer to bring my little Bake Oven from Amazon, but that would have been too much to carry. I'm waiting for my truck to be fixed so I'll be here for some time. Otherwise it seems very nice I'm loving the couch in the room. I am so taking advantage of this time off.

The hotel wasn't quite as nice as I remember. There was some kind of dust on the bathroom counter, the hot tub has been removed, not enough wash cloths were in the room, and I wish that there was a card table sized table along with chairs in the lobby. We were playing a board game and we struggled to find decent sized tables to play it on.

I agree with those who have talked about the cleanliness of this hotel. The room had a stench and the carpet was not one that you wanted to walk on barefoot. When staying somewhere else, you want to feel comfortable. Definitely wasn't comfortable. For the price of this stay per night, we expected more. The hotel was not exceptional for the going rate. We did not complain nor plan to complain until we were forced to stay or pay for another night. We paid $220 per night and weren't able to check out the last night as our team didn't need to stay an additional night. The weekend before we stayed at a hotel in the same situation and were able to check out by checkout time without being charged. They wouldn't let us check out. They made us pay for another night and wouldn't budge. I will no longer support IHG hotels especially in this region.
