Holiday Inn Lincoln Southwest, an IHG Hotel

We stopped here for an overnight stop on a road trip. Overall, this hotel was a good value. The entire place was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room had plenty of space as did the bathroom. The shower had great pressure. The room we were in was very quiet. It's also important to note that the bed is also firm (which is a matter of preference). One thing to note, however, is that if you have devices you'd like plugged in close to the bed, there may not be enough outlets for you. There are plenty outlets throughout the room, but there was only one per side of the bed. The hotel is in a good location. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. It is also pretty easy to drive to and you can see it off the road.

Awful!!!! Hot tub looks like desert storm. Over priced. Mediocre rooms. Horrible staff. Would not recommend and will never return..

We just stayed two nights here and were pretty disappointed, so much do that we went to another hotel to finish our trip. The biggest issues are that the staff are so incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I probably talked to 10 different staff members and only one of them was kind. (The guy helping with breakfast was awesome!) That’s kind of where the customer service effort ended. Staff members made it very obvious that they were not really going to go the extra mile or even meet us halfway. To me, that is inexcusable. I understand trucks not arriving on time, I understand hot tubs and ice machines being broken, and I get not having the budget to upgrade things like carpet and furnishings, but to have a culture of disgruntled/rude staff? That’s where my patience ends. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place completely shut its doors in the next year.

Stayed for 3 nights in June 2022, for work. Typical Holiday Inn, room was spacious and clean, bathroom was clean with Bath & Body Works products (it’s the little things). It is also in a very safe, nice area of town. A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pool was not operational which was a bummer. The on-site restaurant also had some limited hours. No free breakfast, either.

great stay, experience overall; great location; staff very friendly, helpful, accomidating! facility was clean, beds where comfortable, lobby was clean, bar was nice and the facility in general was in very good condition.

The staff here are very helpful any time of the day or night. Anything you ask for is met with kindness. I feel like they care about their guests.

The rooms and service were good, the location was also good but the breakfast was really not worth $12.99 for toast that you make yourself that does fit in the toaster.
