Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

Was just ok would not stay here again though. We arrived at 2 and checked in. At that time room wasn’t ready which was no big deal at all. We waited around and after 315 we finally got checked in. Check in was supposed to be 3. Did offer to switch to a smaller room but for the same price said they couldn’t do anything about that. When finally got to the room there was 1 towel for 2 people, tv remotes didn’t work, shower head was awful and barely had any water coming out of it, shower/tub was covered in hair. After talking with a manager all they offered was free parking. Which parking sucks already as it is.

$448 for 1 night for a concert at the Pinnacle. Price gouge much? This was booked back 12/2021. The room was horrible. Water damaged doors stains on pillow sheets. Patched ceilings in bathroom and the room. I have pictures too. I recommend going elsewhere..

Most likely you will spend a 150 bucks and be told breakfast is included just to find its not. Front desk could careless and didn't care if I stayed or left. Have had better service at a days inn. I have asked the manager to call me a few times and have had no luck with her calling me back.

The pillows weren't clean and neither were the replacements I asked for. I'm aware they reuse the bedding but if it's washed between uses it won't smell like that. If cleanliness is your first priority maybe pass on this one. Location was nice.

We enjoyed our stay however the bed was a bit too hard for our liking.

Selected this hotel on a business trip. It was not made known to me that there was no free parking. Only certain times during the weekend. There is a parking garage nearby that you can get a day pass for thru the vendor or from Hilton (which is more convenient; all this is acceptable goven the downtown location). Overall the Hilton Haymarket itself was great, the room was clean, the employees caring, and the app helped facilitate my checkin/checkout/roomkey situation. Would stay here again now that I know what to expect.

The staff is fantastic. Our first room had water damage and smelled of mold. They quickly moved us, but the second room had broken fixtures in the bathroom.

Absolute pleasure to stay here for a game day! The manager, Emily, is dedicated to making sure everyone has a great experience. All of the staff were wonderful and easy to talk to.

Great location, walking distance to everything in the Haymarket, and the football stadium, connected skywalk to the parking garage. Has Bar and restaurant in the lobby area. But i do not think it was worth $623.00 for a 2 night stay, Had to pay $47 for 2 nights of parking, Parking pass did not work either time, and got a 2nd one and that one did not work, They have 2 elevators, 1 was broken down due to damage, the other one broke down on Saturday for most of the day. Not cool on a 6 story building. No tv for Friday. Breakfast on Sunday was very limited, i expected a full menu for the price of the hotel. Upon checking out on Sunday morning, The front desk played dumb, about the elevators, tv issue, and the breakfast issue. Even though They put up signs on the elevator doors on every level when they broke down, Had signs up for the TV issue, And the kitchen staff knew a\bout the limited menu. They did not give a discount for the inconvenience. Does need updated a little. Just not worth the money for me at all. But i guess you pay for the convenience and it was a football weekend. Just feel like you get bent over and do not have an option when staying downtown. Everything is OVERPRICED .

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! STAY HERE! The staff are amazing and always so accommodating! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times and are always so pleased. The location of this hotel is perfect. In the Haymarket and within walking distance of so many restaurants and the University is within walking distance as well. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant workers to housekeeping are always so kind and work hard to make your stay great! This last stay, we arrived early and they worked hard to have a room ready for us. We LOVE the made-to-order breakfast - we got a room that had it included in our stay and it was perfect. We are huge fans of this hotel and will stay again!
