Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

Really nice free breakfast, beautiful clean room, the night check in guy was amazing. My stay was pretty expensive (over $200), but that’s because I had to book late at night because my previous hotel had bed bugs, and there was a Lincoln vs Iowa football game the next day that I wasn’t aware of. Gym is small and just has cardio machines, and laundry room is great, you just need to bring your own quarters and detergent.

The staff was phenomenal! Room was very clean!

This place is absolutely terrible. My grandpa booked three hotel reservations a year a in advance for an event. We went to check-in at 8 am and they said to come back at 2 pm to get our room. We went at 2 pm and they said come back at 4 pm. When we went the final time they told us that they gave away all three of our rooms. They did not give us ANY notice. There were NO hotels left because of the event going on. I have never had a worse experience or been so disappointed in a business before. Will never return to this place.

The hotel was adequate for the price paid. My only gripe is having bought a beer at the front desk and being told by the bell hop that I couldn't sit on a couch in the lobby and drink it.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and amenities! The hot tub and pool were perfect. Hot tub had great pressure and my muscles felt 10x's better after 20-30 minutes. Each room comes with remote a/c control on the wall as well as Kuerig coffee maker's.

The front desk personnel were amazing! Stephanie took care of us. The ceremony got moved up one hour and we were able to check in early. Stephanie even found a cooler to put our cake in until after the ceremony. They were very nice and friendly! Our stay was quiet and our room was immaculate!

Location is fantastic, within very short walking distance of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Staff is very kind and everywhere was clean. Downs include that parking is $17/day, rooms are dated, one can easily hear other people in adjacent rooms, and continental breakfast is not included but instead $9 each.

Amazing hotel. Very good service, came here when me and my family were oit traveling on the road and needed somwere to stay. Really great service here. Really fast service here. Asked for some extra sheets had them delivered within 5 mins. Really great hotel overall.would go to again.

The room was fine, it was clean but very small. It barely fit the 2 queen beds. Our Hilton Honors membership netted us 2 bottles of cheap water for free... Felt very "Honored". Most of the low rating is for the "onsite restaurant". We ordered 2 burgers, cooked medium and with french fries. The burgers were very dry and inconsistently cooked. The outside was well done and the middle was still cold. The fries came in a rather small portion and were also under cooked and soggy. To top things off there were 3 hidden charges. A service fee, a room service fee, and a third that I forgot. There was also a delivery fee, which we knew about. I don't remember if the third charge was the delivery fee or not, it might have been. They also auto applied 20% gratuity and asked for an "extra" tip. I'm a generous tipper naturally, so I didn't mind that part as much... I don't appreciate the forced gratuity or hidden fees that accounted for a third of our bill though. I do quite a bit of travel, personal and business... This was definitely one of the worst places I've stayed in a long time. Hidden fees really get under my skin.

I loved the whole set up and the bathroom was huge, I love big bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi temperature was perfect. All the employees were amazing and nice. Plus side, check out time is not until noon. Love that as well.
