Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

This was a great place to stay! Clean, friendly staff, and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Really fun, downtown vibe! I wasn't real thrilled with the bright green wall in our room, but I won't hold that against them 🙂 …

They're not doing Cookies... the whole reason I booked here was the cookies and for a lobby waffle. No cookies, and the waffles were dry and hard AF. The best western has a full buffet but we cant even get a cookie for our stay... same price... no cookie.

I paid for an reserved a suite but the room we got looked more like something I might find in a motel that has a dirt parking lot for my Semi. 260 dollars for an uncomfortable bed, missing listed amenities, and an outdated room. The lobby sure is nice though, great downtown location as well

Reception staff including, Lewis, Ruth, Caroline amd others made my 10 people group feel like we just go home with their warm welcome and amazing service. Thank you.

Wasn't the worst, wasn't the greatest. For being downtown and what you pay, one would expect more. If you get parking through the hotel it's $17 a day to come and go as much as you want, do that. Rooms aren't very clean and very dated. I've heard the Cornhusker is better.

Location is great for Husker Game Days. Not the nicest hotel with amenities and atmosphere, but great value and quite place to sleep. Your about 10 minute walk from Memorial Stadium. Good breakfast available for additional cost.

Not particularly luxurious, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The TV remote didn't work. No other real complaints.

We stay here at least once a year for a few days and it’s always good

The service was good. The room not so much. The bathroom door would stick on door jam and not close. And the cheap shower head did not give a good shower experience. For $280 for one night, the room should have been in tip top shape. I am hesitant to recommend this hotel.

I understand the current climate of being understaffed, that was not what made my stay unfavorable. I was told my room would be ready by 3. Showed up at 3:30, wasn’t ready. At this point I was late for work, as well as my wife and child now had to wait in the car until the room was finally ready at 5pm. I asked for an hour late check, again I understand staff issues, but I was told no even after letting the FD know that I was forced to have a late checkin the previous day. My issue is that there was no reconciliation for the 2 hours that I wasn’t able to use the room I paid for and the inconveniences it caused. Any other Hiltons I’ve stayed at will do what they can to fix or make a situation better for a guest. It costs very little to do so and I do not feel like it’s my responsibility to demand that from the staff.
