Hampton Inn Lincoln - South/Heritage Park

Managed to serve a hot breakfast during Covid times and keeping in line with the protocols. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. Very comfortable bed. I also stayed during an extremely cold period. I saw another customer come in and report that his car battery had died during the cold weather. The front desk attendant, Luke, found the hotel jumper cables and then went out in the freezing weather to park his own car next to the man so that they could jump the car which fixed it. It was a lovely exchange. They also made individually wrapped cookies for everyone. I recommend.

this is an older hotel that needs remodeling the rooms are very small compared to other hampton inns that we have visited. the pool was down for maintence that we knew before we checked in. the breakfast wasn't checked very much and alot of the food items were scarce. the hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice

Check in was very quick. Room was clean and pleasant. My kids enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was great. The only complaint (though small) was that the air conditioner didn't get as cool as we would have liked. We usually like to have the fan running at night to drown out hallway noise but it would not run constantly as it usually does.

As a Hilton club member I was so pleased at the customer service my mother received on a recent stay I booked for her. Dawn at the front desk all weekend made her feel special and she was very appreciative of the extra care. Thank you so much! -Matt Tappe

I was greeted by Dawn and Luke and Frank 🤣 (pictured) with welcoming smiles. They helped me check in and waited patiently while I signed in online to get the lower price. Masks were required during our stay due to Covid-19. The hallway smelled wonderful of some kind of warm welcoming fragrance. They offered free cookies. Frank had a nice variety of Halloween candy. The continental breakfast had a nice variety. The coffee was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had the right amount of soft and firm mattress with cozy comforters and pillows. It seems that they are really going above and beyond to clean their rooms and the items within. Our room was a double queen and had a decent size TV, fridge and microwave. The shower had nice water pressure. They offered a nice variety of shampoo, soap and lotion and said if we forgot anything they had some items at the front desk. The pool was warm and hot tub was warmer. Both were a nice size. Our overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. I would stay here again and recommend for my friends or family to stay here.

Decent hotel. 2 Queen room was pretty small for 4 people. It’s an older hotel but clean. The staff was super friendly. Area had lots of food choices, but super packed every where. Stayed on the first floor so people upstairs were really loud. You could hear someone stomping all night and early morning. When they took a shower upstairs in the morning, it woke me up.

My usual stays at Hampton Inns are excellent. This particular one was disappointing. The bathroom needed some extra cleaning and the front desk help was less than friendly. The "public" restroom near the breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting. I never got to eat breakfast because it took over 15 minutes of waiting in line and I was still quite a ways back. I had to finally leave for an appointment. Very disappointing.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The people are friendly and accomedating to all my needs. The first place I've stayed where they said I could pay when leaving. I didn't want the stay and not pay. But they insisted. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and well organized. It all made the stay perfect with the staffs caring. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Has a decent breakfast not great but ok. Chunk of wall under ac in room 120 was crumbling and there was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the room and mold on bathroom ceiling. Bedding was dirty on one of the beds.Treadmill and elliptical were both broke and there were a ton of dead bugs and dirt behind couch in breakfast area. Not a horrible hotel but not great either

While there was a clean white towel and soap draped across the tub/shower, it clearly had not been cleaned. There was yellow soap drip on both of the soap holders, long black hairs on the shower walls and the tub floor was dirty. In addition there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor. It was late and we had settled in the room before I noticed this, so I cleaned the bathroom because I asked and there was no cleaning staff at that point.
