Hampton Inn Lincoln - South/Heritage Park

Very clean rooms, staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and they took all the proper precautions. Bed was a little too hard for my comfort, but other wise I would definitely be staying there again if I come to town.

most of the hotel was ok. However the pool was very gross green and smelled of chlorine bc I would imagine to try to balance out the pool cleanliness but did not work. We couldn’t even swim in it bc it was so gross

Bed and pillows are comfortable. However, no fridge or microwave was in the room like it is shown in the pictures. There was also mold in the shower. Not what I was expecting for a Hampton Inn, especially based on photos.

We stayed here after a LONG 15 hour drive from Utah in road construction on I-80. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. The room was big and clean. The bed was so-so. Breakfast was alright. Lots of shower amenities. I would stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel in past years--disappointed about overall cleanliness of the room we were in. Carpet was filthy where it started in room. There was brown stuff on the wall in one corner by bed. More areas I was not happy with, but this is the first time I have been concerned about cleanliness. I'm thinking with covid that the rooms would get better overall attention to condition.

Unfortunately, things have changed at this hotel. Staff is still very nice, but at the corporate level decisions have clearly been made to save money. What was once a terrific breakfast is now spartan. Wifi used to be fine, now too weak to even download email. Most concerning, mask mandates not enforced. Disappointing.

Rooms were clean and had lots of amenities. The staff was amazing!! Our stay was necessitated due to serious medical situation and they made that part so incredibly easy. We highly recommend you choose to stay here when you are in the area and needing a room.

A very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and nice size. They had a hot breakfast and kept the items available. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

This place was awesome very clean very nice the breakfast was good the wake up calls were on time alarm clocks work beds were comfortable I have absolutely 100% no complaints at all I would stay here anytime while I’m on business

We like the breakfast and the room was good however the swimming pool was not as we expected to be. It smell too much like chlorine, too small for how many people were there and it did not look very clean.
