They blocked me on Facebook after putting in a complaint about my dog’s haircut! Do not rely on thier reviews on Facebook because they would block anyone who would give them a bad review. The problem is that they would just shave off my dog even when I give them a specific type of cut. I have gave them three chances to make it right and I get the same results each time. After I messaged them on Facebook about the problem they blocked me. Obviously they are not even going to try to resolve the problem = poor customer service and very unprofessional! Thier quaility of work is going down hill from the first visit I had with them. My dog is just shaved and he doesn’t even smell like he had been given a bath. They always forget to trim my dogs nails also! The prices seems amazing but it is not worth it! They take about 6 hours to get my dog groomed because they would take a whole batch all at the same time! My appointment would be at 10 and I wouldn’t be checked in until 1030 because there’s 10 others waiting to be checked in. Not very time efficient. If you have 10 others with the same appointment then start checking people in 30 mins before or something. I am still in shocked that they would block customers from their website just to keep a good star rating in their Facebook page!! ************************************************************************ *****************Response to the owner******************* You guys said that the EARS would not be the same, not the whole FACE. You mentioned about the shaped of face when I messaged you guys AFTER my visit there. If you were to tell me that the shape of the face and the ears would not be the style I want then I could've just left. I nicely messaged you guys about my problem. Showed you pictures to let you guys see what I am talking about. I kindly gave you guys multiple of chances to correct this. But it is my fault for allowing it and I should've just stop going here when my dog was just being shaved completely and not cut to the style I wanted. You had never attempt to make my experience better, so you can't really say you had try to make things better. By addressing my concerns ONCE through message, you guys blocked me. How is that trying to make my experience better? There is NO good reason to block a customer from your page just because you want to keep a good rating. I am sorry for the loss that one of your groomers is experiencing but it should not affect business. Throughout this whole thing I have been nothing but nice and patience with you guys because I know guys had provided amazing services in the past that I was very satisfied with. I even recommended a few friends to come here. But lately it has not been the same, and messaged you and addressed my concerns and what I am getting back is defensive responses and not really trying to fix the problem at hand. Blocking your customers will not and never fix anything. If you are not allowing everyone to leave a review then you are not running a trusting business in my opinion. A good business owner need to learn how to listen to criticism and learn from it. But you are making out that people are attacking you for no good reason and that you are always providing good services. Making us customers look like we attacking you but in reality I am addressing my concerns to you in the effort to make my next visit with you better but what I get in return is defensive responses and being blocked from Facebook.

This place was absolutely the worst place I could have been to possible, they were unprofessional and rude and if you truly love your pets I would not recommend this place . They have the worst customer service and I can’t express the fact that I would never recommend this place to anyone. & no I’m not a fake account I’ve brought my dogs into this place thank you . You must be mad that I’ve called your company out on the BS. Maybe if you had better customer service I wouldn’t have left a bad review but you can stay mad all you want my review isn’t going anywhere . I’ve clearly already won since you went out of your way to respond to me and me only thank you 😌

Wouldn’t recommend this groomer unless you want to pay $40 and only have them clip one paw when they tell you no matter what they can get it done and walk in the door on time to be greeted with “she’s not don’t yet, your dog needs some serious training.” Confused how professionals are surprised a puppy was scared for her first haircut. Save your money and dogs sanity!

I used to have trouble finding a groomer for my dog because he was always hard for them to handle. I decided to give Packy and Lar's a try since they specialize in working with dogs who are fearful or need a little extra attention, and I have been SO happy with the results. My dog looks and smells great when we leave, and I've never gotten a single complaint about him. He does so much better here! Booking appointments is also super easy; I've always been able to get him in quickly, both via phone and the website. There's always an available appointment that works for my schedule. To top it off, Packy and Lar's is incredibly affordable; I now pay about half of what I used to!

DO NOT, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABY(IES)TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! They will leave your baby in the cages for HOURS!!! They’re very rude, unprofessional, takes forever to respond and whenever they do, they’ll try to turn the situation around like it’s your fault. I’ll gladly change my rating if the staff will improve their customer service in how they talk to customers and potentials.

Hands down the BEST place to take your fur babies to. My pups get excited when we tell them they are going to get their haircut. They always look amazing when they leave Packy and Lars. The employees here are genuine and care about the animals as if they are their own.

It looks like these fine folks were on the receiving end of a recent smear campaign. That's terribly unfortunate, as they are nothing but professional and caring. My Yorkie was kicked out of several prior groomers because he is evidently not a happy camper when groomed. Andi didn't bat an eye when I told her this, and was confident she could groom him safely. She did, and we've been going back ever since. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to see the folks at Embark, they do a wonderful job! Rest assured that your pet will be well cared for! Also...kudos to the Embark team for responding to, but not bowing to, all the naysayers. Great job on the well drafted, professional responses.

have been taking my dog here for over two years but lately the grooming has definitely gone downhill. they didn’t bathe him after cutting his hair, his hair is all different lengths and some hairs even an inch longer than the rest! when i contacted them they were very rude and not sorry whatsoever. will not be taking him back.
