We have been going here for 5 years. Love it. Great prices and tear the dogs very well. Wonderful people.

Price is great. The work is sufficient. The drop-off/pick-up process is awful. I'd pay an additional $10 per cut to have them have a front desk clerk. Always end up waiting at least 20 minutes in a crowded room, just to drop off or pick up... I can only speak for the North location. - - Updated. The past 2 visits I've had, have been quick and no waiting. Big improvement. Not sure if this is due to covid, but hopefully the process stays. Also the grooming/de-shedding of my dogs recently has been the best I've ever seen.

Embark is a wonderful place that really takes care of your dog. My 80lbs black lab loves going in and always is so happy when she comes out. The workers always show love towards every dog that comes in.

I have a Lhasa. He’s an ornery old man. Prior to going to Embark, my dog hated grooming so much that he had to go to the vet to be put under in order to get groomed. The folks at Embark are miracle workers: not only are they able to handle him with ease and pick him up (typically only something I can do), but he gets groomed with no fuss. And you can’t beat the cost. Recommend times infinity.

All of our dogs receive the best grooming and care by Andrea at Embark for pets. She is truly professional, kind and our dogs adore her. Our dogs hair/fur feels better, she's very accommodating with scheduling us in, and dogs always let you know who's good! A+++++

You get what you pay for is the moral of the story here! Took my little Shih-Poo in for a haircut got him back with a pretty big cut and they didn’t even say anything about it! I saw it when I got home. I do not recommend them… for them to cut my dog for one and then not even mention anything is just not right!

Horrible! Offer VIP service for $200 then cancel appointments and don't show up on time for a confirmed appointment. My poor puppy looked hacked up with her haircut. The lady on he phone has horrible customer service. Now I know why they changed their name to something different than what they were before. I will never go back there again and don't care about them STEALING my $200. Scam artists.... DO NOT GO THERE!

We bought a punch card for our two large dogs, and that was the only reason we returned to them more than once. Every time we brought them in we were not satisfied. One time during a grooming they cut our male dog's "parts" and instead of apologizing/ recommending an ointment, etc.(because I'm sure he isn't completely still during the groom) they ignored it and we had to find out at home. We had to purchase a cone because he wouldn't stop licking the large cut. I could go into detail about other experiences, but long story short we wait forever before being helped or even a hello, they are not very professional, and it makes me uneasy when they take my dogs to the back. I would not recommend this place and now that we have used up our punch card we will not be returning.

From the moment I inquired about an appointment, to the time I picked up my dogs the service was efficient, thorough, and my dogs came out looking great! The pick up/drop off process was quick & easy. I had a great experience for my first appointment. We will be returning customers.
