All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Room was comfortable and bigger than typical.

This was a last minute booking as my family returned from a trip to Maine. My husband reserved the room and I was a little skeptical when we pulled up to the hotel. After staying for 10+ days in various hotels around the country, I didn't have the highest expectations for this place, but we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk was friendly. The room while showing some signs of age, was clean and had updated furnishings, and it was on the bigger size. The place was quiet, and the breakfast was large and very tasty. I appreciated the cheese slices they offered so I could have a bagel, sausage, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Everything tasted good and was hot. Overall this place was a lot better than I expected and I would stay here again. 👍

The proximity to the airport was good, and the clerk at check in was nice.

We Stayed Here In Early June For 5 Days Never Had An Issue, Our Room Was Always Clean And Ready on Our Daily Return. The Staff Is/Was Amazing And Saw To Our Every Need When Asked. We Were Staying Here Because Of A Family Reunion It Was Close To Where I Was Meeting My BIO Family For The First Time ( 52 years ) We Really Enjoyed The Friendliness And Helpfulness Of The Staff. Will Defiantly Stay Here Again. Even If Amber Heard Did Visit Our Room. Huge Thankyou To Kimberly And the Rest of The Awesome Staff.

This specific hotel has great potential and nice amenities but is being stifled by apathetic management and sloppy housekeeping. We had been on the road for almost 2 weeks and were looking forward to catching up on our sleep. When we checked in the front desk attendant assured us that check out time was noon, and that we would not be disturbed before then. Our plan was to sleep till 11, and check out by 12. It wouldn’t happen. At 9 am we were awakened by pounding on our door. It was housekeeping wanting to know when we were leaving. We would have placed a DND on the door, but there wasn’t one available. Being interrupted was irritating, so after informing them that we would be out by noon, I went to the front desk to complain. I asked specifically for the manager but was told that although she was there, she would “not be able to speak to me for a while.” I returned to my room to get more rest. An hour later we were jolted awake once again by more pounding on our door. Again, housekeeping wanted to see if we had left yet and again wanted to know when we were leaving. They were clearly harassing us to leave so they could start on our room - which obviously needed some focused deep cleaning based on the clumps of dirty hair and black mold we found inside and outside the shower as well as on the bathroom floor. After this second rude interruption I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager again. I was placed on hold, them told that she couldn’t talk to me because she was “in a meeting.” I was forwarded to her voicemail and assured that she would call me back to address my concerns. When we checked out, the manager was in the lobby, but avoided us at all costs. I’m still waiting for her call. There were a couple of positives from our shortened stay (we ended up leaving early). The desk attendant that checked us in worked hard to make sure we had all the information we needed, including a great place to eat! The young lady that was cleaning up the breakfast area was also very polite and cheerful. Would I recommend this place? Nope! Not until the manager is replaced and the housekeeping crew is retrained. ** Update - weeks later, after refusing their request to “remove this national review” the management has finally decided to respond to this post. Instead of addressing the multiple problems, they have falsified the story maligning my personal character. It’s childish. This caused me to edit my original post from two stars to one.

Definitely better than expected. The rooms were clean and spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The room had been cleaned well. The staff were not the most helpful, went to check in at 230 and literally had to wait in the lobby until 3pm sharp to check in. Overall a good stay in a great location. Super easy jumping on and off the highway. Free parking and a nice size lot. Overall would visit again

All of the sraff is super friendly and helpful!! And the hot breakfast bar is one of the best I've ever seen. Clean rooms and very comfy beds.

Shower did not work. As I was leaving, front desk says, that happens all the time. There is a way to make it work, but hotel keeps it a secret apparently.... If it happens all the time, maybe a sign, some directions, a verbal tell by front desk....

Staff was very friendly and accomodating! Room was very clean and comfortable. The value was great! Would definitely stay again.
