Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lincoln Airport, NE

Decent place! Staff was really friendly, beds were comfy and rooms were clean. However, woke up at 0500 to get ready and there was no hot water. Called the front desk and apparently that’s how it always is. They told me to run the water for 10-15 minutes and it would get warm. 20 minutes later it’s bearable for a shower (still a little chilly). Just seemed like a huge waste to me and 10/10 would recommend they think about upgrading their hot water heaters!

Very dated. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were burned. Asked about fresh and the lady said to give her 10 minutes and there would be fresh. Nope, just dumped the new in onto the old. Still burned. Tried to use the stairs to the first floor and could get outside but the door to the first floor was locked. Location is good but the hotel really needs remodeling. Evening desk clerk was not dressed professionally. Jeans and t-shirt. Probably would not stay at this location again.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

The people could not be nicer, but the cleanliness is lacking . There was a dead mouse in the curtains in our room, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet were just black on the bottom.

Nice hot breakfast, spacious room and large fridge.

Great room for the price, star rating is correct. Easy access to major highways. Outdoor pool was fantastic.

Rooms were clean! 3rd place we stayed while in Lincoln waiting for rental to move into which were more expensive and far less clean. My only complaint is that staff sit out front, right by the doors to smoke and socialize. It's not welcoming to arrive to people sitting out front smoking then when you go outside for fresh air, you are greeted with cigarette smoke. Please find another area for your staff to congregate and smoke.

Short staffed, or so I was told over the phone. Really could have used an early check in, the staff acted put out when checking into the room much later than I wanted. The floor was wet from the swimmers coming in, no one to mop, no wet floor signs. The breakfast is the reason I gave it a three star. Or would have been lower rating. Breakfast was decent maybe above average. The room was ok, but barely. Lights burned out and fridge wasn't very cold.

Desk check in was friendly & welcoming. Had great reference for evening meal. Room light was on & room temp was perfect. Overall very good feeling about being welcomed here. Thank you for comfortable stay .
