This is an excellent location for anyone staying in Lincoln. It is a quiet area, but close to grocery stores and restaurants. This is my second two-week stay, and I will be there more in 2023. The staff was great and very helpful.

Staff was nice. The dishwasher was very nasty, still had food and rust inside. The sheets were very hard. Thank goodness I bring my own cleaning supplies, the bathroom needed to be wiped down again.

Need a floor ice machine. Need a continental breakfast. Need 24 hours of good tasting free coffee. Bathtub faucets need tightened up from moving around. Just outside the door someone spilled their chicken nuggets that never got cleaned up for days and was still there when I left.

Nice location. Always love their rooms. Beds are comfortable. No outside noise, and well lit. Only issue was ice maker wasn’t working. Didn’t report as we could still access ice from main floor.

Upgraded to the Queen suite. Freezer doesn’t make ice. Property manager knock on door to update tv even though I put the equivalent do not disturb on the door. Said he would come back when I wasn’t here. No. Don’t stay here. It’s too little too late. Pretty run down even with a better room.

Service was great staff was friendly but the Rooms and hotel in need of maintenance. Didn't quite feel safe here. So guy's were hanging out in the parking lot at 4am. Also some guys roaming around in the hallway. Will never be back!

From a frequent traveler, the hotel is adequate as a convenient location to sleep and shower if visiting local. For future travelers, recommend no expectations of a true hotel feel/service. Staff require customer service training in effective communication skills. Instead of conflict resolution, threatening citations are distributed for unknowingly not following a hotel rule without customer information to share regarding all rules upfront with check-in. Surprised, disappointed, and uncomfortable with this approach in the hospitality industry.
