Candlewood Suites Lincoln, an IHG Hotel

I’m was in town for a quick trip. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. I would consider updating somethings to keep the location up more.

The room design with it’s mini kitchen is wonderful. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always a plus. Free coffee - yea! Nice bed and quiet for a great night’s sleep. For me the location in southeast Lincoln is perfect. I always choose to stay here when I’m in Lincoln.

The room was nice enough in layout, the kitchenette was nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room - especially the bathroom - was not very clean. Clusters of dust and hair lined the baseboards. Also, the parking area and hotel …

Hotel staff were pleasant enough although new and didn't really know what they were doing - which is fine. I am patient. However, the room was not acceptable. The carpet in the room felt sticky and there was literally little gummies …

While things clean and comfortable, they weren't perfect (are they ever?) The customer service more than made up for it. I come to this area of Lincoln a few times a year, I will stay here again.

It's definitely not bad for 80ish dollars but a dollar more would be to much , hair on the kitchen table, bathroom walls have oil from hands , hot water only lasts a few minutes anddd the ac only works on low lol my biggest complaint I sat down in the recliner chair and as I write this review my wrists and forearms are red from itching...figured I was allergic to a cleaner but after checking out the chair the cloth feels sticky. What I hate about hotels it's the only business you pay for the picture on there website then pray it's like the picture, this definitely isn't a website picture perfect place . Switching to a new hotel in the morning for sure

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, and inviting. There was a Full size refrigerator, microwave, countertop stove with 2 burners, and dishes in the cabinets. The workout facilities are nice, quiet, and very accommodating. Check in, and out was very simple.

Hotel is run down and not at Candlewood level. Door would not shut everytime. Rooms look very old Staff acted as they understood and believe the hotel is rundown also. Will not stay at this location again.

This room fit my needs for business travel. The bed was very comfortable and the room and kitchen size was great. There was plenty of work space. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment in this room as it was not cleaned very well. …
