Everything was broken, some of the dishes were dirty, a lot of the normal supplies (salt, utensils, ect) were missing, and stuff only got worse as time went on (The day I checked out I got to haul all my luggage down four floors because the elevator was broken).

Pros: Comfortable beds, relatively clean, kitchenette is a nice touch. Friendly staff during the daytime. Cons: Extremely poor maintenance. Thermostat was not connected to anything and fell off the wall when we touched it. Staff put it back on the wall but did not connect it. We had to control room temperature with the dial on the AC unit. AC unit had white buildup on the grates. Towel bar was not connected to the wall on one side and fell off several times when touched. Night/morning staff were curt and spent most of their time smoking and vaping right outside the front door, making us walk through smoke to enter the building. Woke up one morning with a Japanese Beetle in our bed. Two other red insects noted in the bathroom. Brought this to the attention of the front desk, where the clerk made a horrified face and said she'd tell the manager. We never heard from him/her. Toilet made a loud shriek (likely broken/clogged fill valve) for entire flush cycle. Bathroom door latch was not aligned, requiring lifting the entire knob upwards to latch it. Having to take towels to the front desk to exchange is a pain. This could be a nice hotel with competent maintenance, better insect control, and more customer-focused staff. As it is, we will not be back and do not recommend this property.

This place was ok. Our room was clean, other than the fact that it clearly hadn't been vacuumed. That's not good. But what is good is that the lobby was quiet: no blasting TV or music. Thanks for that. The beds were super comfortable, as always with Candlewood Suites. Staff was kind and professional.

My company required me to travel for work, which I did not want to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was a home away because of the bedroom, working desk, and kitchen.

We stayed here five nights. The staff were very friendly and courteous. However the hotel needs updated. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were spots on the bathroom wall that were still dirty like someone rubbed up against them with oiled or dirty hands. The table looked like it hadn't been wiped down and both sinks as well as the pot left on the stove were full of water spots. We didn't use the kitchen other than the coffee pot and the burner on it looked like it hadn't been wiped down. The door to our room was sticking and made an awful noise when opened and closed. I told staff about it after our 1st night and no one ever fixed it. If I had known this before hand; for the cost difference I think I would have paid the higher price and stayed some where else.

The rooms are big and you get a fridge. Parking and coffee is free. However, the hotel is outdated and needs a refresh and new room entertainment. Surprisingly, your room doesn’t ever get cleaned, which is great if you want privacy but bad if you want a clean room, sheets and towels.
